  1. anybody into E9's, you had to ask....here...uh yeah! I love a good running E9 more than my pickup truck!
  2. A 2010 getting almost 6 mpg on the dash dpesnt sound too far off to me, id see what you get off the new fuel cards and go from there if it was me.
  3. I talked to the Mack reps at mid America about all this stuff again this year. Mack is supposedly going to have the CH-CX chassis available with a 16k steer this year, supposedly the frame was not strong enough to support a heavier axle than a 14600#. I said well if you can build me a CH with an 18k steer build me a granite with a 60" sleeper. Of course the answer was no they apparently can't do that because the cabs are different. I talked to them for probably an hour and got no where and finally said well sell me a 60" sleeper and a day cab granite and I'll do it myself. Again it was we can't sell just the sleeper, mack does not seem to even want to deal with people anymore, they told me if I wanted a heavy haul tractor I wanted a titan anyway. My reply was you don't make a big sleeper for the titan either and its 2000# heavier. I was told it wasn't really that much heavier and the sleeper was roomy enough to get a good nights rest,HA!

  6. Looks to be in pretty good shape, nice truck good luck with it.
  7. Still love that truck, I'm gonna have to get mine cleaned up and come get a few pics with both of em side by side one day.
  8. Awesome truck, the fenders and everything look great on it, lemme know when you want to come help clean mine up a little.
  9. The floats do so much better off road I'd have to try for a set, however the 12r24.5's do seem to be pretty stout, just act like pizza cutters in the dirt.
  10. Wow a 9 spd doesn't have a very steep low gear, I'd run some 4.17 or 4.42's.
  11. The last F model is bad ass, I like!
  12. Sweet truck, good luck with it I would try to get some 20" spokes and run 385 floats.
  13. Damn you just supplied a whole Mexican flatbed fleet for the next year, lol.
  14. I always liked the magnet style, just slap em on the planetaries and go. I got bungee cord flags this time and I'm keeping the flags and banners in the truck side box. I had all my chains and binders on the trailer too but they're still there, my chains must not be good enough for a thief.
  15. LOTS OF STUFF! I got new flags and 1 banner the other day. I had 4 new magnetic flags, two new bungee cord oversize banners all nice and new and tied up on my trailer, went to load that excavator and nada they were all gone, I hate people!
  16. Pawel if you ever get that one finished I'll send you another kit to start one for me.
  17. 11foot8.com is great for a laugh, I've watched hours of trucks and buses hitting that bridge.
  18. The truck has square headlights, round horns don't match. Round horns on an 84 back, rectangle on 85 up.
  19. I'm 35 and have very few friends within 5 years of my age, most are over 40. I got nothing in common with most of the lazy ass hand it to me club crowd. I've worked my ass off my whole life, never been on unemployment, never been out of work more than a week, folks 5 years younger than me drive me nuts.
  20. This shit is On ABC World News, AWESOME! HAHAHAHAHA!
  21. Im not hearing good things about the higher gears and m drives here, a couple folks have already gone back to maula trans, one went to eaton autoshift. apparently if there is any internal issue at all you have to swap the whole m drive, there is almost no repairability at all. sounds like your going to gear it a little high to me, I would shoot for around 1400-1450 at my cruise speed, 2.66 puts you around 1300, better go up a step to get it where your not lugging it all the time. an Od trans (.74), low pro 22's and 3.36 put you at 1350 @ 65, 3.55 puts it just over 1400 @ 65.
  22. Mike is there enough room behind thge grilledenser for a seperate condenser, I did it to a SUperliner in the past and it makes the AC work a whole lot better with a newer style condenser and compressor, and no more bad a/c lines to the grilledenser.
  23. Thats a hell of a combo there, not sure if it looks cooler with the R pulling or the B but definitely some nice trucks, congrats on the trophy.
  24. Be happy that tractor tire is only $500, I paid nearly that for 11R24.5 steer tires, we wont even talk about 425 floats!
