Its amazing how you can load things when you want to, Staxx was a little scared loading the white R on top of the Red R, especially when it tried to slide off the car ramps from the trailer up to the tires on the other truck twice! I had more chain on these two to keep em there than a trackhoe, and had the ramps chained out at an angle since the white truck hung over a bit too far to get em all the way up.

dunno, I would guess the cab suspension is in a different place on the frame as the cab changed when the chassis changed from Mack to Volvo.

The white flaps in the last pic are the correct flaps for your truck, they are 5 color mudflaps and the dogs face each other, I have been trying to get a couple sets for a while and went with the flaps from Watts since I couldn't find any.

7" is standard, 8.6 is optional on most axles, I don't know about the 58's

The cab shells are pretty much the same on all models of newer trucks. The cab was. Lengthened in 07-08 the 06-07 back cab won't interchange directly with the longer one.

That's a fuel supply pump with a tach drive for a mechanical Mack with Bosch injection, not sure which engine though.

From the pics all he had to do was look out his right mirror and there you were, so I'd say the driver needs to be bitch slapped and the trainer removed from the gene pool for letting it happen. (It is a Volvo though) It sure can't get any uglier! Lol

Check for power at the heads and that the throttle switch and clutch switch are working. They work better cold because of colder thicker oil but there may be an issue of the pump arm not moving as far hot as cold so no activation. Does your truck have an air throttle or cable? If cable stick your toe behind it and pull up next time the switch is on and it doesn't activate.

5" y pipe would be on an E9 truck, the E6/E7 trucks were 4".

Enjoyed meeting Sleepy in Nashville, we had a few laughs and got to watch the General Manager and Sales manager come out and stare at us standing next to a Pete parked in front of New Dog row. I think he meant the ratio, the Mack is a .71 and the Eaton is a .73. Good choice going with the Weller, I have used a few of them and they will stand behind them and pay for part of the removal and re install if anything is wrong.

Yeah my 93CH had the newer 2090 pattern, low 1-2-3 range shift 4-5-6-7-8. Supposedly Mack made that change to get you into high range faster and keep you there for around town driving. I would call around for a Weller reman and a Mack reman trans and go reman then you know its all been done and you shouldn't have to do it again.
