  1. I got a new video of the Superliner uploaded to youtube, it was part of the music video production I was woring on earlier this year. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaImiK-1Hqo
  2. Ha, yeah keep the 12spd its 10 times better than an 18. Again no Pittsburgh power muffler its a waste. Call about a set of injectors and set the pump up 10% over stock and you can swap out to a bigger turbo. I think the specs on your truck are just right all you need to do is add some HP with a little more fuel and air.
  3. surely they got rid of those by now, I would think they were gone within a year at most, even 5 years of sitting in a yard somewhere would be a long freakin time.
  4. that truck is at most of the Music CIty Chapter shows, hell probably have it at the Chrome and Class show oct 19th in Smyrna.
  5. I really like how they painted over the FDNY signature stripes on the sides of the trucks but left FDNY on the back of the one, and heres your sign!
  6. Ha, mulch in the trunk awesome, we saw a Kia pulling a 5'x8' trailer with a pallet of landscape rock, it was awesome! Oh, good catch on the wife too! Lol
  7. Is this an etech or Bosch pump vmac 1 truck?
  8. 335-434hp isn't anything I've ever heard of before.
  9. From the ATHS show in Cookeville today.
  10. automatic meaning allison or an autoshift eaton? E7 meaning an early 07 with an ASET AI engine? the "E7" was turned into the ETECH and ASET AI and AC engines, if its a true 2007 CV713 then it should have an ASET AI engine 370-427-460hp, being a CV713 its a heavy chassis so Dump, refuse, tanker? An early 07 CV713 is a decent truck, it is the newest truck you can get with a real Mack engine, not a rebadged Volvo, check to see if it has had the step 12B update on the ecm and that there are no updates available, they are good trucks that if used properly will last a long while, keep it under 2100rpm and the cam will thank you.
  11. Yep PAI has everything you need, just find a local PAI distributor, I would have found one close to you but you dont list your location.
  12. That would work if it was a perfect world but he would have gotten the pads dirty and then the receiver would have charged him $5000 for cleanup. Lol!
  13. Vinny they always will annoy you at some point, but sooner or later theyre fun for a couple hours, just take women in small doses and it makes it much easier.
  14. Nothing like an ingersoll rand 3/4 inch impact starting a truck to wake up the neighbors! The truck is awesome, it would be great to find the right tanker I dont know where one might be.
  15. I didnt know those other companies built construction trucks, I thought there was just Mack! Used to be anyway, I have heard of good and bad with all of the above, Ive run Mack, KW, Pete and Freightliner Dumps and Mack had the best Chassis and suspension in my book, the frame rails were awful flimsy on the KW and Pete, you could watch the ends of the frame flex when spreading rock and the Mack was solid, the Freightliner just fell apart as a dump truck, the dash, cab, hood, it just went all to hell.
  16. HA, HA,HA,HA, I nearly peeed my pants here, Im picturing Vinnys video lookin at that U model on his computer and this sentence is just killin me, LOL!
  17. Looks like an older DM, check out the passenger side mirror mount, that's O.G. Mack truck there.
  18. Hope they will for Mack in the future, they have said no but only time will tell.
  19. A friend here works for a body shop supply place, he was going to get me some good plastic primer and die that he said was very close to the mack gray but I never got any yet.
  20. Mack used to have Silver Gray interior paint you could buy at the dealership, I need some too the p/n i have is 312SX132P1 for a spray can.
  21. Same for the R and F models.
  22. The H and G having the same grille and headlights but a completely different cab still trips me out.
  23. I just couldnt do it, the whole reason I like a Mack trans is the triple countershaft design, an eaton double countershaft is fragile enough and now they are going to put big torque thru a single counttershaft transmission with 0 tolerance, Im out! I hear they drive great and for an owner operator that really takes care of their truck they may last but just the fact that you HAVE to go to the dealer for a clutch job makes it a no go for me, I cant see Mack being cheap on a clutch job and "calibration" and the fact the Mack has been told by Volvo that they will not support products over 15 years old means it will HAVE to be replaced by then or you will be on your own for parts and everything.
  24. I just set mine this afternoon, I had a tick on the left and found two exhaust valves loose, it idles purty smooth now, I use a closed end wrench and a big flat head screwdriver for the exhaust, I just hold it in one side of the groove and it works you dont need a lot of torque.
