  1. Yeah don't know about that, I'm actually kinda sad that the old Blue Bird bus got screwed up they're getting hard to find.
  2. I'm in for some of those die cast trucks too when you get em together let us know what ya got. Id think they would do well in the for sale area of bmt.
  3. Sharp Pete, not overdone just super clean.
  4. That second video is O.G. truckin buddy, gotta love a real truck, you put a "modern" truck driver (steering wheel holders)in that and they'd quit inside 48 hours.
  5. Yur not dun yet? Come on let's see sum progress here, lol.
  6. You can get more power out of anything call em and talk it over, talks free!
  7. Yeah the Western stuff never really took hold in TN it was mostly east coast Macks here.
  8. I lived in one in Balad and Talil Iraq! ya know when I was on base anyway.
  9. That sucks, then again good catch before id died on the road and possibly killed the block so while it sucks to do its better than having to find a block thanks to a thrown rod, now you can do it on your terms. Which those terms should include some Antrim diesel help, ya know just to make sure your getting all that 300 can give ya A nice set of 10-20% over stock injectors, 10-20% over pump, bigger turbo to keep it cool and BAM! the 300 becomes a 450!
  10. Is that a Mercury or something like that? I cant remember but they were all the rage I think there was an old Autocar round here with one and it was Stainless not aluminum sides.
  11. I wonder how many BCR's have actually survived the export/scrap idiots, those are interesting pieces of Mack history.
  12. That's a super clean R it'll fit in there nice.
  13. Sorry for slacking on the pics I've been doing a lot of running for work and I try not to use my phone for pics while I'm driving.
  14. Second version of the grille and a better view of the cab lights, this is with the new owners who aren't real into wasting water on trucks.
  15. 89 Superliner in west TN
  16. 04 Granite, custom grille, 20" bumper J&J bars and sequential LED lights
  17. they didnt have anything ofr em when I started on my first one, I got a few pieces from JP Chrome as they came out but I made two grilles into one, actually I did it on three different trucks, had a drop visor custom made, a bumper and did a bunch of other stuff, its too easy now that you can just buy it and bolt it on. Still looks good though!
  18. There is absolutely no way you would ever in a million years convince any truck maker to spend that much money to build promo trucks that may not sell now a days they would laugh you out of the office.
  19. I found some of the stamped plated bumpers somewhere when I got my 85, Ill try to dig up the info, I havent met a bumper guy that could make an RW 2 bumper yet because of the deep stamping to get to the mounting surface.
  20. Youll be glad you talked with them they have it figured out for sure, dont forget an update when you get em put in .
  21. Yep with big rubber, big nasty grille guard, headache rack, the works, no chrome I would want it to look hardcore heavy haul.
  22. I like that maroon truck with the painted visor, looks different and I like to see people trying new things with trucks. As stated above if they were all the same there wouldn't be much point in a truck show, just get 1 of each and you'd be done.
  23. Don't even bother swapping to stock injectors you won't notice much of a change, the pump settings and turbo are the bigger differences. Call Antrim diesel I don't have the number handy but talk to them and tell em what you want it to do they can hook you up right. Probably take a stock set of injectors for cores and send them to them and they can rebuild em for power and ship em back.
  24. I always thought a RD800 would look sweet with a sleeper, if I had the time and money that would be one of my projects. Big steel hood, E9, bout a 36-48" bunk and some big ol 12R24's.
