    07, 08 s are a pain with the emissions. When it's time to burn you lose power no matter what's going on and more money to clean filter.

    I would get a granite 427 13 or 18 speed with 5.02 rear end gears so you can still dig low and crawl without killing the clutch and also have a nice tall top gear to stretch her legs on the big road. I like 50 rears so you aren't killing those 44 s when the training wheels are up, also the third axle has to be steerable it's a Must. All aluminum wheels, tanks with some chrome upfront. For a body I would run a beu roc diamond with barn door and electric roll rite tarp.

    I have heard that buying a used truck at say 100 grand that is a few years old isn't a good idea when having a loan compared to buying new and having a warranty and more years to pay. I can remembr my father telling me a story about this when he bought his new 88 superliner, he could buy a new truck for the same monthly payment. Has anyone delt with this lately? Is it still 3 yrs on used and 5 on new?
