If you look close the wires to the regulator have all been cut, probably had an all in one alternator/regulator installed. Terry pretty clean F model

Them new pins are not tapered, no way to fit unless you do some lathe turning on them. terry Look like rockwell pins, there is a notch in the middle where a retaining pin goes through axle and along side of pin to lock it in. -

I believe there was a taller version of the filter on the left that had two cartridges in it, maybe the taller one is this? terry -
Better prepare for a rear gear swap, gas engines have deeper ratio gears than a diesel. Terry

The engine numbers on back of block means it was ordered for a cab over, conventional was right in front of injection pump on the rounded part of the block terry
