  1. Tie rods can be straightened out and reused.
  2. I think the main thing that check valve does is hold prime in the fuel system, if it leaks you will have to crank and crank to start, don't think it will effect running fuel pressure. terry
  3. If you are going to just bobtail around or even lightly loaded i don't think you will ever have a problem, once you get old rust out and seal it good. terry

  7. They do make a replacement you can put in without removing the trans, the old one has to be cut out with a impact muffler chisel or torch. terry

  14. Don't know the weight difference, but I would go with the heavier body, you won't regret it. The thicker body will stay straighter for alot longer. terry

  23. If that is the case, might work good for you. but with what glenn said on that series, will that series handle the torque of that 300l engine? Them double countershaft's do not handle the torque nearly as good as a triple countershaft mack trans. terry
  24. those ratio rears will only work with the 2060, 2070, or 2080 trans. anything else will be REAL slow. terry
