Mike,thats the place,used to be Garden State Trucks and Collectables,Chick (the former owner) is in pretty bad health these days and his wife is selling all the leftover stock they had in the trailer out back. I was through Jersey this past week,and discovered a small hobby and collectable shop near my old hometown was going out of business,due to the owners retirement. So I made an offer on some of the remaining First Gear Trucks that were left,it was pretty much an "all or nothing" type deal. So I opted for all! I still have to go through all the boxes to see just what is there,but I know there are doubles of what I already have one I know of is the 1/25 scale B-Model wrecker,so I thought rather than Ebay,I would see if there was any interest here on BMT........I would like to get $100.00 out of the wrecker,plus the freight but I am open to trades! not sure how many I have are Macks yet but all are mint in box,and I will post them as I figure out what's what.................................Mark

Mrs.Vision and I have seen "The Boss" in concert about 8 or 9 times,we got to see George Thorogood and Stevie Ray Vaughn in Philly back in the early 90's.............................................Mark

I looked through quite a few of these videos last night,and when I got to part 11 I was stumped! I consider myself a pretty decent "truck-ologist" but I saw one truck I was un-able to identify! (yes,i am ashamed of myself) if you go to youtube,or follow the posted link,look up part 11,the truck in question appears around the 5:03 mark,it's a C.O.E. straight-job,red with black fenders,and a green tarp covering the body and sadly Green-Leaker powered (sounds like a V-4 or 6)..........maybe one of our Mates in "Oz" can tell me what it is? neat looking truck for sure,just wish I knew what make and model. I re-played the video several times,but still could not makeout the nameplate below the windshield.........................................Mark

I also have varied tastes in music,if it's "old country" I like the honkytonk stuff,Webb Pierce,Hank Snow,George Jones,Patsy Cline etc. Classic rock, Seger,Springsteen,CCR,The Eagles,...........I really like Motown too,Jackie Wilson,Sam Cooke,James Brown to name a few! One song that really seems to make my truck go faster is "Shout" by the Isley Brothers! 90 mile and hour song for sure!................................Mark

That looks like the spatter trunk paint kit Eastwood Automotive sells? That is a nice truck for sure,lose the leak-troit.the logging gear,and the dual headlights,add a single Mercury sleeper and she's ready to roll!...........................................Mark
