I have always admired the paintwork on both the moving vans and the Horseless Carriage trailers,one of a kind, both as trucking company and a person!....................Mark

  7. Rare to see a twin-screw MB,looks like a nice solid truck. In my opinion,the MB was the best "city" truck ever built,i ran one for APA before they went under,it was a damn good truck!.................Mark

You guys should venture through "Mushroom Country" (Avondale/Kennett Square PA) I don't think I've ever smelled anything worse than the "secret formula" mix of manure they use for mushroom compost! it will un-plug your sinuses for sure!..................(and this coming from someone born and raised in Jersey,the home of bad smells! I liked it much better after its first restoration,nice,clean and sharp! how it appears today I don't care for,goobered up with too much B.S. way over-done in my opinion................but,like all things,beauty is in the eye of the beholder! and if you think about it,prolly got way more then 200K in the truck,but no way on Gods green earth would I pay that much,no matter how much I liked it!................................Mark
  10. I can attest that SEM products are some of the best made for interior restoration! I re-did my original door panels and armrests to match an N.O.S seatcover in my pickup, came out damn nice! I would highly recommend SEM products to anyone restoring anything plastic or vinyl...................................Mark

  12. That's a good looking Astro! one of the first trucks I ever drove for a living,still kinda have a soft-spot for them! I put a LOT of miles on the one I ran,300 Cummins,10 speed Road-Ranger,single axle air-ride...................................................Mark

  23. Nice looking truck! looks in pretty good shape too! is that a wet-line or just a toolbox on the frame behind the cab? I also agree with Ken,easiest just to replace both locks,A/C may need charged,i remember when my MH was new the A/C didn't work when I picked it up! the Schrader valve wasn't seated properly and all the Freon leaked out!.....................Mark
