was a nice looking truck, but what really bugs me about it is that it was a ''20 footer'' was a nice truck well deserving of a total perfect restoration. it was not your dime a dozen single axle b61 and deserved a little better. I don't recall the price but I know it was a little high for what it was

I don't think the aths will ever disban. they are all about money. like others pointed out, there was nothing wrong with where this truck was to begin with, but now they took it over and now all of a sudden its a ''burden'' a six figure burden.....

that Akers truck use to be at a lot of shows as well. old Maintainance man is stockpiling the old girls!

same here. I for one other than the national show think ATHS is all about money. it cost a fortune t bring a truck or two to a show AND go yourself. then add the ''tours'' of various places you can go to at the show while your there for no less than $50 or $75. pretty much a disgrace if they sell this truck

nice, there was a B42 repowered at Macungie to, guy had a gold cart on back, both were red and black. was converted to a diesel, never talked to him, he didn't stay long but I wish I knew what was under the hood.

horrible news but we hear it every day. no one seems to have any respect for a motor vehicle anymore no matter what the size. I don't know about the rest of you but I'm about sick to death of carts at shows. I can see someone handicapped or some old man but come on people!! some lazy fat ass or better yet, four of them on a cart. and to top it off, they have no respect. I for one at De Moines and Macungie are sick of carts. about sick of having to get out of the way when some lazy asshole is on my heels and expects ME to move so he can get his cart thru. AND whats better yet ,to hear people complaining at Macungie when they truck totals get over 600 trucks, the park is packed and they put a gold cart ban on from 10 am til 2 pm or later, people bitch! really?!!
