  1. Fluid Film is good for those moving parts. expensive but worth it. we use it on all slack adjuster pins, hinges, etc
  2. its growing on me .i do hate how much the bulldog and my username takes up so much space and the fact that its a not a long eared dog but I guess its better than nothing
  3. oops, didnt even notice the dates and years. new forum has me all screwed up
  4. yup, same thing with me but if I click individually, they come up
  5. so if it was sittin for a decade, how was it at springfield Mass? and yes I have seen that truck around, nice looker. I remember the visor
  6. Lund is out of business. bought out by AVS. Auto ventshade company. The 23 year old pencil pushers behind the desk probably don't see a need to make visors for anything old anymore. you think an R is hard, try finding a B model. I know there is a company by me that could probably make one out of fiberglass if they had one to work with. dunno how legal that would be .....
  7. yup, i miss the recent activity with the 5 different posts on top of the screen.
  8. the b model gone on the top of the page and the bulldog takin a shit has to go. sorry Barry. not happy with the Volvo logo at the dealership and not happy here.every time I click a topic and it says page not found is starting to piss me off to. might be time to find another site, sorry guys
  9. not a fan of the new format. too hard to find where I have been. I miss the recent topics subcategory also.
  10. who said we wanted a new look and a change???? we were ill informed of such changes.......
  11. tell him we all said WTF, Randy....
  12. so I guess its not just me?? I got worried my computer was screwed up....
  13. wtf happened to BMT? why is the page all snafu??
  14. can you flip the angle bracket that mounts to the cowl down instead of up? most guys mount them in the up position to get a the hood up a little higher to work under them. they were mounted down from the factory.
  15. how about some pictures of under your hood and cowl so we can see your problem
  16. come to upstate Ny now, they plow the roads til the sparks fly and salt the piss out of bare roads cause it seems every moron cant drive in the snow anymore.either that or they have this ''if we don't use it, we lose it salt policy'' god forbid we not salt and save some money. to me growin up driving in the snow and ice and freezing rain was just a test to your driving abilities
  17. there is a color pic somewhere in one of the Mack books. ill dig it out
  18. took a quick picture of these two well used Town of Cobleskill Ny RD's today
  19. must be some big springs or spacers in that red one. looks like it sits about 6'' higher than the standard R model next to it
  20. I saw the TMT plate. was mentioning the regular license plate. Ny was black with yellow letters in the 50's and early 60's, this looks like a Ny tag unless Pa had similar colors?
  21. isnt there a color pic somewhere in one of the Mack books of some Eazor trucks at a truck stop? turquois green? nice pic, i see it has a Ny tmt tag but strange it looks like it also has a Ny plate
  22. the interior color doesn't bother me as much as long as its not RED. god do I hate when someone paints the interior of a B model red haha. I have thought about painting one beige someday inside myself. have seen a few nice ones.
  23. im a purist and I like it. was one at Springfield Mass national show that was a B613sx , was gray and white, with a hood scoop and a 300+ in it. I cannot find my picture of it for the life of me
