    pretty rare beast as they didn't use that radiator long cause it overheated. think 1 or 2 years they used that radiator shell. truck looks decent, its probably 3-5 grand unless the cab is rotted out.

    that's a 53-55 B model. more than likely 53-54. it doesn't have fuel tank straps. the really early ones the tank was actually welded to the brackets and the tanks were checkerboard and not diamond plate. it also has bracket for the early 53-55 ' bicycle mirror' on the cowl.

    the early B models 53 til around 59 had the glass fuses. from 59 til around 64 they had not resettable circuit breakers and 64 to the end it was a mix and match of resettable ones and non resettable ones.

    yea I oil my redwings about the 1st time I break them in then I figure theres no use wasting the oil on them if I can barely get a year out of them anymore.

    ha good point on the usa red wings. I remember when the USA made loggers were $168.99 out the door and theyd throw in some redwing oil. now the cheap made blems are 168.99 and the USA ones are $244.99 with no oil, BUT they do come with cheap laces free that wont stay tied unless you double knot them everytime! and your lucky to get 6 months out of them now a days.

    im jealous of the trailer myself and im only 20 min from your house. been tryin t find a trailer like that for years but up here in the rust belt they are all junk or overpriced for what they are. Broadalbin your in? Midnite oil or am I on the wrong oil company?

    guy up here in Ny had one in an RB tri axle and hated the damn truck so bad after he bought it cause of that 7 speed.

    nice setup. where did it come from? was reading and commented on your Brockway build but haven't been on the site in a bit, did I miss something?

    yup, pop the valve covers. at worst you you can adjust the valves anyways. even if they run good, they always run a lot better after you adjust the valves. my end707 had a slight miss. I went to adjust the valves and found a bent pushrod. I threw one in from a gas 540 we had layin around as it was the same length and it has been good ever since. ran a lot better with a straight pushrod and a valve adjustment

    Always replace the U bolts no matter what and id change the rubber blocks front and back and use lots of neverseize on everything.

    agree with all of you. I also try to bid 102.77 on something for example. have more than one time bid 100.00 not thinkin and lost something I really wanted for under 3 bucks!

    I agree with you guys, most things would not be found or heard of it if was not posted on here. been watchin a B model rear end that's on ebay for days, want it because it has the aluminum apring hangers ii have been tryin to track down forever. no bids so I bid, one day left it seems to be on fire. eve the better have gave me permission because she agrees we need a'' roadtrip'' to retrieve some Mack parts!
