    far from mint and I see its ''resale red' . worth about 5 grand in that condition. wonder what the deal is with the turbo air cleaner. should be a B673T... has a Mack 23,000 standard rear end double reduction.

    spotted a single axle for sale yesterday outside Scoharie Ny just off I88. has a dump box and a for sale sign. looked decent. drove by quick but im pretty sure its a 9000 series with the Autocar cab and said super White Power on the side of the hood or something. its about 5 miles south on Route 30 just of the exit off interstate 88 about 30 min south west of Albany Ny,

    nope and a lot of wasted time one the damn bus to and from the show everyday and absolutely no parking at the hotels downtown unless u wanted to try squeezing you truck in a parking garage

    leave the spoke wheels. nothing wrong with budds,as long as they came on it original. that's one clean original lookin truck.

    1381 R615's but I have never seen a single axle version ever. im betting its original. good cabs are getting hard to find. I have one and hate to part with it. they are out there tho. there is a single axle R400 up by me one Craigslist for 2800 that I think has a good cab and bad engine. one good thing about Ny is all you need is a frame picture of the serial number or a pencil etchin and a bill of sale and they will run the number, make sure no TMT is owed on it and they issue you plates.

    was nice trucks there. show was set up horrible and getting around was a pain in the ass. only other good thing was the good blue crabs downtown...

    first v8 R I have ever seen. I def wouldn't take the cab off for another truck

    4 uppers and 4 lowers. pretty simple just jack cab up and replace. probably have more of a hard time getting the bolts out as they chafe and rust in the rubbers.

    I hate the ''road sniffer'' look also and remember years ago when Tidewater Mack was complainin that nobody bought front springs for B models when they were 180 bucks a piece and wouldn't be available in the future. most B and R models I have seen when new sat pretty level. I think it a Mack thing. I have seen a few picture of White Wc22's from the factory that have the ''hot rod'' rake to them. must be figured in for load.

    Utica Mack in Upstate Ny just got rid of the 5 color logo this past summer. several inquired about purchasing but they wanna keep it. they replaced it with the one these guys took down. must be we are one step behind in Ny.....

    still don't think you can turn 5th around in a Mack transmission and I have never seen high range twards the dash in any b model or 10 or 9 speed duplex. im pondering the monoshift idea myself .

    most bigger hydraulic shop have a big vise type thing to mount the cylinder in and all sorts of adapters for the end caps to spin them off. I know at work we have had many rebuilt on cat and John deere loaders. have done them ourselves to but most of the threads for the packin nuts have really really good locktight on them that has to be heated with a rosebud to take it loose. the big shops usually have a machine to mount and spin the end cap off with. usually like they said a wiper seal or a series of O rings.

    I was more mezmorized by Christine. forgot all about the possessed Mack with the green leaker. have not watched that movie for a while. kinda a shame actually. probably didn't make too many Supers with driptroits in them
