Kent-Moore thinks it does, that's really relatively cheap compared to some of their tools. The barring socket fits the E7, E-Tech, and ASET engine flywheel housings, probably the E7G natural gas engine too, and can be used on some of the Caterpillar engines also. This should be what you need for your engine.

The switches you refer to are auxiliary power switches. You can wire them to power added on items. The battery feed switch will have power at all times, as long as the battery is connected and the fuse is intact. The ignition feed switch will only supply power when the key is turned to the "run" position..

If your coolant temperature is getting that high you need to get the cooling system flushed out ASAP. The VMAC system should shut down the engine at 227 degrees (assuming you have a VMAC engine), if it isn't shutting down you're running the risk of major engine damage.

If you have hub piloted wheels you might check the pilot area on the hub. If the wheels were left loose at some point they could have worn the pilot on the hub which will cause the wheels to not be mounted concentrically to the hub/axle spindle.
