  1. Sounds like it's been converted to a ENDT673. If I remember correctly the number you see on your block is only the casting number. Try looking on the right (passenger) side of the engine just behind the fuel pump for an engine data tag. That tag should have a number starting with 11GB. That will be the engine assembly number. Another tag should be on the fuel pump. This tag will give the fuel pump part number and it should be possible to find what engine that pump is for.
  2. I don't know if you guys in Australia were ever graced with the ASET engines. The AC engine, for on highway applications, had all sorts of problems with EGR, mass flow tubes, turbos, and the like. He definetly has some software issues to be sorted out first, but he may have other issues to deal with too.
  3. Sounds like a job suited to Other Dog's formidable picture editing skills
  4. I should have titled the topic "Don't Shit Where You Eat". I just don't understand why these people would behave in this way, further instigating the situation, when the state of Arizona, and I would imagine a good portion of the rest of the country, already wants them out. The reason Arizona is passing the laws these people are protesting is because they do things like this.
  5. The following was emailed to me. Have any of you seen this? If anyone has any doubts about what these illegals think of us and our country, check out these pictures taken by an acquaintance of mine who went to the rally in Phoenix Saturday 7/31/10 in response to SB 1070. The illegals had written all over the AZ and US Flags, laid them on the ground, and were walking on them! Notice the toilet paper in this one Another acquaintance had this to say: "I shared those pics with my Best friend who is a cop/detective. I asked him why nobody was punished for desecrating our flags...his response..... In response to your question about the legality of Desecration of the American Flag, you are correct, this is illegal. However, it is a crime with the Federal Government. Meaning the Feds will have to prosecute for the crime and considering they will not prosecute for illegal trespassing into the Country, what makes you think they will prosecute anyone for spray painting and walking on an American flag?????" I don't know about you people, but I'm outraged over all of this! Judge Bolton did nothing but to empower the illegals and their bleeding heart liberal supporters! When is enough going to be enough?!!!!! I have permission from the person that took these pictures to pass them around. They're being sent to some news stations as well, although I doubt they'll air them. So please pass these around to all those you know, let people see how the illegals who broke our laws by coming here really feel about us!
  6. Other Dog-He's like Flash Gordon on the Internet. (Heard that on the TV the other day, but I think you should adopt that phrase.)
  7. These chassis solenoids are used to control air flow to several out of cab functions, such as PTO operation, fifth wheel slide, interwheel and interaxle power divider operation, and others. Since they are wired into the cab electrical system, it is possible to program VMAC IV to allow operation only when certain conditions are met. For instance, if PTO engagement is required to occur only when vehicle speed is 0 mph, park brake is engaged, and engine speed is at 1000 rpm, VMAC IV can be programmed to allow PTO engagement only if those conditions are met. It can also ramp up engine rpm to the desired rpm once it sees that the PTO has been engaged
  8. Solenoids that control various air operated functions outside of the cab.
  9. Don't forget that after installing the auxillary box you'll have driveline work that will have to be done too.
  10. I stand by my previous statement on the matter http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?showtopic=10191&pid=61507&st=40entry61507
  11. I believe I hear a whirring sound coming from Fairview Cemetery in South Allentown, PA.
  12. I heard a news report that he was actually the instigator of the whole episode. Other passengers on the plane apparently said he had been drinking freely during the flight.
  13. Yes, truly. I have a Bulldog and base from an RD chassis in front of me. It looks like the mounting holes for the newer Bulldog are 1 1/4" apart center to center, threaded 1/4 UNF. The base the Bulldog stands on (part number 14MF45) is 4 1/8" in diameter and approximately 1 1/2" high.
  14. Not very much resistance in this case as it was deemed ill advised to argue the point. She was the bosses wife. The dog got neutered in short order. Probably not the best joke for a public place of business anyway.
  15. A few pictures of the new Mack CRDP150 Series differentials
  16. No sir, SHE did not.
  17. We used to have a Bulldog painted on the wall at work. We had a couple of trucks that had been in a fire, so one of the guys took the old black shift knob balls off of the sticks, they were all wrinkled up from the heat and kind of shrunken and off size, and hung them on the wall-that didn't last too long
  18. I forgot about this yesterday, here are some model numbers and specs. There may be more of these horizontal engines than this. HHR-6 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 2 valve, naturally aspirated) HHRF-6 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 2 valve, naturally aspirated) NHH-180 (4 7/8" x 6, 672 cu in, 4 valve, naturally aspirated) NHHE-180(5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, naturally aspirated) NHHE-195 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, naturally aspirated) NHH-220 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, naturally aspirated) NHHRS-6 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, supercharged) NHHT-6 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, turbocharged) NHHTO-6 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, turbocharged) NHHRT-6 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, turbocharged) NHHRTO-6 (5 1/8" x 6", 743 cu in, 4 valve, turbocharged)
