  5. I wonder if that yard tractor was built on a Mack chassis? The cab kinda looks homemade. Neat truck. looks like a lot of hidden treasure on those shelves, too. I'd love to have that Mack winch.
  6. I've got one in the remains of an old F model with a Unishift, all the others are either Triplex's or Quads.
  7. yep,I miss those days too,Matt. Pretty hard to pay 1500 to 2000 for a rusty, non runner just to keep it from going to scrap. Kinda nice to get a runner in halfway decent shape for under 1k.
  8. AM radio. They used to make these old roof mount radio's and they mounted thru the hole and the antenna attached to the top.
  9. It was one of those deals where my son and I are grinning ear to ear on the way home thinking " I can't believe we got this truck for $500" and the guy we bought it from is standing there in his driveway grinning ear to ear thinking " I can't believe they gave me $500 for that truck"
  10. Well,since it's a keeper,not something I'm going to sell,I'll tell you. I gave $500 for it.
  11. Grille,shutters and fenders have some character,interior needs a lot of loving,LR wheel seal leaking bad,and tires ain't that great,but it's been a long,long time since I bought a running B61 so reasonable.
  12. Just got home,25 miles and never missed a lick.Cruised nicely at 58 mph,at 2000 rpm. A few action shots.
  13. Friend of mine has a '89 CH with a E6-350 and a 12 speed, bought new and clean as a pin. I'd like to see a E6-400 in person,or at least a pic of the engine tag.
  14. most were 255 hp but there was a derated version at 237 hp
  15. My R615 is a 1967 and it is R615LST1213. I'd say '67 is a good bet,only 27 apart.
  16. I don't know how you would tell, they all look the same to me.
  17. really sharp,I like the white & blue.
  18. 1381 R615's made, can't think many were single axles. I'd sure snap it up.
  19. I've made a few holes,Al.In the process of making several more.
  20. if your registration says EN331,chances are pretty good unless it's been changed you have the EN331 Magnadyne flathead engine.Your frame # should read something like A30P1234
