  3. Definately LJ,the VIN # on those were at the back of the frame, near the rear spring hanger on the right side, but have seen them stamped left too.looks like you cut the frame off and removed engine,do you still have those or did you scrap them???

  11. Years ago our local Mack dealer had a Mack Jr. firetruck, they had it repainted and ran it thru a couple parades, then sold it.I've got a hard pic of it somewhere, sure wish I could track it down. It was the only Jr. firetruck I ever saw.

  13. Tried to crop it a little to get a better view but didn't help much,I keep begging them for pics but they are too busy having fun.About half of this other load is mine, too.I hate buying stuff basically sight unseen, but these guys have good judgement.
  14. Here is my newly aquired B73 at the Sierra Nevada ATHS show Saturday,on it's way to Yakima.

  17. The REO co. built Mack Jr.s from the pickup up to a 2 ton truck, also had a COE version, there were a total of 4974 built from 1936 to 1937.

  19. his Sr. yearbook pic from Osama High School ?
  20. Gary, Dick and the rest of their crew are at the Sierra Nevada chapter show right now, they will look you up sometime.
  21. being the Mack Jr. was built by REO,wouldn't it be a more fitting tribute to find and restore a real Mack?
  22. Are you wanting to swap from eaton to Mack? Mack never made a 4:33.That would no doubt be worth the work and $,but you won't see much as far as speed gained if that's what you are looking for.
  23. I have a set of takeout E7-400 injectors I'd sell really reasonable if you are interested.
  24. if it's anything to install like the one my son got for his Rawhide,I wouldn't touch it.We about killed each other before we got his put in.
