  7. Had a little time this afternoon so I thought I'd do a little tinkering on the AC.Decided from the smell of the gas tank I'd better drain it,tank drain of course is plugged tight, tank shut off valve is stuck too,so I think I'll pull the whole tank and start fresh. I did get my 1921 Iowa license plates put on it. Anybody need some 1917 Illinois plates before I put them on Ebay? One of them is vented,I'm guessing for mounting in front of the radiator??
  8. if it's been along time since it's been started, you better have someone that knows Detroits check it over good BEFORE you try and start it.They are notorious for sticking injectors or rack and it will run away on you.Make sure the emergency shut off is working or have a board handy wide enough to block off the air.
