    Don't know why they made it that way but that is the pattern for the old 5 speed overdrive main boxes from the LJ days.The direct versions had 4th and 5th turned around,but still in the middle.Only other B model I've seen with this trans, was a really early B42 I tried to buy.

    I got to looking at it closer,musta had one of those that was mounted to the air to air.Once the cab aired up,there was more room there than I thought.I'm just to used to the older R's that either had shutters or the fake shutters.

    I like it.Alot.I noticed it has 8 axle bolts and they call them 55K rears,so my B81 with 10 bolts must be 65k rears.

    I'll look to see what loose pieces I have.I have a couple bumpers,but they aren't perfect.I have the 2 sets of doors,a side box door or 2.Have some fuel tanks depending on what size you want.

    about 20 miles east of me there are about a dozen old MH's in various stages of repair sitting in a field,they are tied up in a bankruptcy deal,don't know what will become of them.

    !986 R686ST,E6-300,runs good,T2090 has issues,4:42's on Camelback,lo pro 22.5's on budds,decent rubber,near new Holland 5th wheel Please,no tire kickers!!!!

    it has been done,but takes alot of modifying,you'd be alot better off staying with the Mack engine.

    The L style cab was offered on all the B70 series except for the B70 and B71,The hoods were different between the L cab versions
