  1. that's why I asked,I didn't think they ever made the 5 holes in 24.5 but those sure look it,don't they? Those are worth a little bit themselves if they aren't blistered inside.
  2. better to ask for forgiveness than permission, that is a definate keeper and would fit in nice with your others.A little short single axle like that don't take up much room.Get it before something happens to him.Are those front wheels 24.5's?
  3. That's what I love about this place, learn something new all the time, that 14 speed Triplex is definately new one on me.Looks like it's the same basic concept as the TRTX670 10 speed overgear Triplex like I have in a couple B-53's. Nice looking little dump, have fun with it.
  4. wow,a single axle 237 powered, aluminum framed Superliner,we gotta see pics of this.

  10. The green one does. That's the '85 my Dad bought new and I got bought back a few years ago from the guy he sold it to.It's got a E6-350,overhauled by Mack at 25k because the rings wouldn't seat, has over a million on it now and hasn't been touched since. The last owner replaced the original 12 speed with a 15 speed Fuller. It has 4:17's on Camelback and a 36" Able sleeper. The red one belongs to a friend of mine,it's a '80 RWS786LST,ENDT-676 and an air shift 6 speed. It belonged to the same local elevator my red '88 did.Carl drove it while he worked for them and bought it when they retired it.He uses it to haul his brother's crops in the fall.It has less than 600k on it.
  11. speaking of Mack built bodies, ever seen one of these??
  12. RELISTING BECAUSE BUYER BACKED OUT 2 - '64 B61ST's,VIN # B61ST47177 & 47179.END711 engines,18 speed quads,5:73's on underslung Camelback, steel not cast trunions,20" spoke wheels.Haven't run for several years, last used in a Des Moines,IA landfill as site trucks in the '90's.Sheet metal solid but kinda rough. These trucks were once owned by Greco in Chicago,IL,I'm guessing they bought them new,but not 100% sure.No titles, sold on BOS. These trucks will be sold only as a pair as they have been together & worked together all of their lives. They WILL NOT BE SOLD to anyone that would part them out.My plans were to restore one and keep the other as is and display them together. Price is negotiable, finding the right home is more important than $$$.SERIOUS inquiries only, please.I will post pics later today.
