  1. Yep,should be a lock handle right in front of the sleeper on the dog house.pull it up,make sure eveything loose is out of the bunk and shifters are in neutral, open the riders door, should be a cable pull to unlock the safety catch, push cab up a little, pull cable, push up rest of way.Should also be a catch rod to hook so it don't go clear over, might want to peak under right fender to make sure its there BEFORE you tilt it.
  2. the one on the trailer?
  3. the one on front that says Mack & looks like a B model emblem, only bigger? Those aren't too hard to find,G,C and N models used the same one.I have a few extra, but would need replated. Do you have pics of the W-71?
  4. The square Farr air cleaners were said to allow better air flow.

  6. you gotta admit the 2 old hippies looked right at home in that Volvo.
  7. It was for use with the tip turbine engines, before the went to a dual element air cleaner.Conventionals had the hood scoop for the extra intake,COE's had dual intake stacks.

  13. makes you wonder which gear they left the aux. box in,don't it.Used to be a G75 turned into a dump truck running around up by Iowa City that had a Unishift, they had the splitter unhooked and drove it asa 5 speed. Lost track of it ,but bet it's gone to scrap,it was pretty beat.
  14. that B is damn good shape.
  15. as much as I hate to take stuff apart,i do have a '65 F715 with a Triplex that's cut in two.The cab is pretty crappy and I'll probably never do anything with it,you might as well get some good out of it.Maybe that will give me an excuse to take the 864 out and do something with it.
  16. Jake,it would be a 711 if it's the original engine.Did you get the trailer with it?That's a real decent savable cab, looks like to me.I like the budds.I've got a few old F600 cabs if theres any small stuff you need for it.
  17. depending on where he bought it,could be both.
  18. Kamp's have some nice stuff, love the B815.Did they ever find a 864 for it??
  19. Will it crank and not fire or not crank at all?I had trouble once with the Etech in my '99 CH,crank over fine but wouldn't run,I was able to pull start it,though.Took the plug off were it screws in the ECM and sprayed in with electric contact cleaner, screwed it back in and all was well.
