    That MB looks to be in good shape,the U model with lowboy is a pretty cheap package deal,also.

    You'd have a real speed demon with a 5 speed someone coupled to a set of 6:34's out of an old B61SX,wouldn't you.Probably don't matter much where there going,though does it.

    I scratched my head for 30 minutes trying to think of the word I wanted to use in my post earlier.Hologram, damn pain pills anyway,can't concentrate anymore.

    Well for some reason the pic don't show,but if you click on the black area,it will appear,least it did on mine.

    They've done something to to mess it up.The only pics I can save are the thumbnail pics,or the max size,but it has TRUCK PAPER thru the center of the pic.

    I checked into getting the bicentennial ones(my favorite Mack mud flap) repopped and nobody wanted to touch them,too many colors,plus they wanted double artwork fees to do right & left facing dogs.There was one place that seemed like they would halfway work with me,but with shipping,they were gonna cost almost $150/pair.,with a 50 pair min.,too rich of a project for me.

    The only thing I can see that you might not like is the 10 speed.It does not have as low of 1st and reverse as a 9,13,or 18 speed Mack.The 4V E6-350's in my opinion are a damn good engine.and the R model itself is bullet proof.You might want to check the frame on how it was strengthened,since it was a tractor originally.

    I'll get you some.I'm pretty sure nothing is missing.It's part way dismantled as a friend of my son's had started to fix it up,but lost interest.Should still run.

    I got a NOS set of painted Mack mirrors if you need them,I'll probably never use them

    I've got an original set of those on my '59 B61 grain truck.

    all joking aside,that's a pretty clean old U,looks rust free ,nice interior other than seat,budd wheels.

    I used to know where there was a good covertible top for one of those cabs.bet it's long gone now.

    yes,not far at all.I used to haul scrap newspaper to USG once in awhile.I have another 6 acres SE of USG out in the sticks.Ever get out this way again,let me know.
