  1. kinda what I was thinking,it would take alot of modifying.Be better off finding a ENDT676.
  2. one of those deals where distance is the killer,I'd love to have what's left when your done with it.
  3. There were "L"versions of several different engines, had nothing to do with hp & torque ratings.I have ENDL711's,ENDTL673's,and ENDL673's
  4. I'm betting that's what this is,where he just said it was short nosed& a Carolina Freight truck, they had several.
  5. post some pics of the B73,that's gotta be a rare one with a concave cab.
  6. far as I know, only difference is the flywheel housing is made of aluminum
  7. wonder what's wrong with that Superliner?? I'd love to have that H-69 too.
  8. The trouble with that would be fitting the ATTAC in front of your radiator.I don't know how that would work on a steel front end like yours.
  9. "vote early & vote often" wasn't that the norm in Chicago voting
  10. do a google search for TecBrake,I tried to post a link but couldn't get it to work. They took over Jacobs older line of engine brakes and have a kit for your engine. If it's a good runner, leave it in,nothing wrong with a 237.
  11. if it was a 676,it would have the tip turbine fan and side mounted aftercooler
  12. hate to tell you this,but that's not a 300 hp engine.That's a 237 Maxidyne.clean looking old truck,though.
  13. You and me both,I fell in love with that LA F model first time I saw a pic.Wonder how many miles it has on it?
  14. yeah,it still has the unit,it's an old ThermoKIng with electric standby, the way I understand it,it was an old dairy trailer and they could plug it in and run off electricity while it sat at the dock. It's a good dry trailer, but a little crusty underneath.
  15. It's pretty good,Vinny, not too much rust, one fender is scuffed up a little.
  16. it has a END672,Vlad.Here's a pic of the H67 that's behind the LJ. I'ts a '58.I bought this truck on Ebay in northern IL.The H67 had been gutted to build a F model glider kit sometime in the '70's.Someone purchased the stripped out H and repowered it with components from a R190 IH.It has a RD450 gas engine,5 speed trans, and IH 2 speed rear end. I've got more pics of the LJ in another file if I can find it,if not I'll take some more pics for you.
  17. He let it run all the way home. It's not the best shape, plus I have it full,it's one of my storage trailers.
  18. this red G started out blue ,not the same truck. I was thinking Ron told me the export deal fell thru, but maybe he just told me that to make me feel better.I really thought I had this one bought. The Clariben hood B was the nicest looking conversion of any I'd ever seen, musta been the chrome grille work.It was in AZ I think, maybe,NV.All I remember was distance killed the deal at the time.
  19. My mistake,it was a B755.my mind and fingers aren't cooperateing at all times here lately
