  1. Hyman Freightways used to have a couple of those that ran around here, they were gray, they also had some short hood DCF405's with 903's.
  2. No.1 I'm lazy and no.2 I hate polishing, these old 5 holers looked way worse than yours before I took them to the wheel polisher, well worth the $50/wheel he charged me I thought
  3. Bought a bunch of stuff from a guy that quit trucking awhile back,he took these out of his '97 CH and put in some performance ones, and kept these for spares.to my knowledge they are good used Bosch injectors.Part # on box is RB4VH324AP6. Make offer.
  4. I'd really like to find a new LH end piece for this fleet or "safety" bumper,as it's the original and in good shape,if I can't locate one, anyone have a good used Valueliner bumper? These were unique to the Valueliner version of the RS/RL600,as they had the large openings for the tow clevis' and the same bolt pattern as the Cruiseliner and Superliner 1. I'd appreciate any leads.
  5. H67 Howard used to drive for Gless and he was pretty sure he either drove it or it's twin when it was.new, said it hAD TO BE UNIT # 101 OR 102. The cab is super nice shape, one little spot on the rocker under drivers door needs attention. Runs good, has the big pan with 3 filters,Haven't decided whether to paint just the hood and leave it Gless colors or paint the whole thing,
  6. I don't care which one,but one of you locals guys buy that thing before a scrapper does
  7. Picked up this sweet little '78 Valueliner from a friend's estate about a month ago,was going to take the box off,& make it back into a tractor. Last night a big storm came thru, lot's of trees down in town where Mikey lives,he used it all day hauling brush. He thinks we better keep it around as a dump truck for awhile now.
  8. one thing about it,that thing would be nice to change oil in.
  9. Already thought of that, only price is going to be $150/head. I just hired a new tour guide.
  10. Sent my son up to storkmack's today to retrieve the remains of their wrecked R770ST. Mikey ended up having pickup trouble so he bailed out on me for unloading, but my daughter Lilly helped and took pics for me.
  11. 3 Superliners,you had a good week.
  12. The green '85 Superliner was almost brand new in the pic,it's hooked to a '77 Chamberlin, same trailer the red '78 Cruiseliner is hooked to. The '74 behind the F model we traded for a new one in 1980,the '77 we kept around for 15 yrs.,finally traded it for a new '92 Wilson.
  13. In that pic it was,we'd just got home from the Chamberlin factory in Hampton,IA.It was a 1974 and our 1st brand new pot. The Wislon floor trailer behind the Crackerbox was brand new, too,it was a 1970.
  14. For sale or trade,11 ft. Cresci steel dump bed with hoist.,good shape. Make offer. May consider selling truck also,1978 RS686ST Valueliner,ENDT676,5 speed, very clean cab,3:87 rears only Camelback, runs and drives excellent.
  15. if it's a 866 it would be 375 but Nobody has given any more info on it. the ET1005 was 392 hp ,I don't know for sure but was thinking the other could be had at 360 and 400 hp
  16. ENDT1000 and ETZ1005 as I remember.
  17. I would too, there's so little info out there on them, they were around such a short time as compared to other Mack engines . One main difference was lack of ATAAC.
