  1. I don't know how you can say that. Once it's parted it's dead forever. I hate exporting more than anybody ,but I have seen pics of some trucks from overseas that seem like the owners are just as proud and take as good of care as alot of us do here, just like there are people here who beat the shit out of there trucks and never take care of them,so at least exporting it does stand a chance of finding a decent home.
  2. I thought I recognized it, I saw an ad for it long ago,low low mile truck, and they wanted big money for it. wonder WTF happened. Get a price if you can.
  3. Here you go,headliner and both door panels are missing. found out today it has real low miles on engine overhaul.
  4. Somebody needs their ass kicked for parting that out. Will they sell it whole??
  5. They do look much better in person, the Cruiseliner in fact looks too good,no way I'm going to be able to use it as just parts for Mikey's. It runs great, too. No rust thru on the Superliner cab, just a little surface rust in a couple spots where the paint was thin. It does need a grille. Hood is good shape.

  9. I heard you were there.I sure hated to miss it,but as usual, had to take care of business first.
  10. mine sit out,no shop heated or not.
  11. Well, they arrived right about lunch time today. Very pleased with both trucks. Don't always like buying off pics alone, but these were just as promised if not better. The old R model rollback once more proved to be invaluable, although it just about wasn't long enough. I'll try to get some better pics later,my photographer was busy so I didn't get many today. The Cruiseliner is a '83 with a E6-300 and Fuller 9 speed,Mack rears on Mack taperleaf 3 spring. The Superliner is a '82,RWL721LST,E9-400,2 stick 12 speed,Mack rears on Hendrickson suspension.
  12. Thanks for the info, sounds like it was a good sale
  13. That is a sharp truck. Last I heard from Bill he was having health issues, how's he doing now?
  14. Thanks Dave, would like to see the prices, especially the AB Mack
  15. its used with some PTO operations,I used to use it to warm the transmission oil in the winter, you can put the truck in gear ,flip switch and truck don't move, but transmission engages
  16. She don't believe that one anymore, used it up along time ago.
  17. Believe me,there's very little grass that grows in my yard.
  18. They came from the same place Rob got his '78 Superliner,he hooked me up with them. Wife don't know yet,so I'm safe for a little while. She said awhile back,"one more truck and I'm leaving",maybe these will do the trick?
  19. Not quite fully, the Superliner needs a clutch . The Cruiseliner runs and drives but needs door panels and headliner. It most likely will be a parts donor for my sons, in case Mikey ever smacks a deer or some Swift driver backs into him at a truckstop.
  20. running out of room,Vinny, when you gonna come get a U model from me?
  21. wanted to make sure they were loaded first. now as long as they don't fall off between there and here.
  22. These 2 will be here tomorrow or Sunday. Superliner has a E9 with a 12 speed,Cruiseliner has a 300 and 9 speed.
  23. We have a local towing company known for outrageous charges, too. luckily there are more good ones.
