  1. No I don't,sorry. I'm short a half dozen myself. If you woulda told me 10 years ago Lund visors for R cabs would be hard to find,I woulda laughed my ass off,but they sure have become a hot item. I asked about one at a yard a few months ago,and was told that I was the 10th guy that asked about it,but they weren't parting the truck out.
  2. That's a sharp CF. Did your FD get rid of a '69 CF? Saw one on Ebay, said it was retired from a KY FD because of age.
  3. The all black one he did several years ago is at the Iowa 80 Museum ,it was restored as a original, not a daily driver like his other one.
  4. good background for your dart board
  5. the 2060 has a .60 overdrive,so you'll want to replace it with either another 2060 or a 2070,most other trans.,Mack and Fuller have .71 to .86 overdrives,if you got one of them, you'd be geared too slow
  6. yeah,I put in one bid too, very nice piece,I will say that
  7. Anybody in here get this??
  8. That's good to know,I was only around 3 MC's and 1 MR. Did they all have fiberglass doors?
  9. What ever happened to Bob's early B,can't remember if it was a BM or BX.
  10. I'd love to have it but just like 99 out of every 100 trucks that get put up for sale here, getting it home would make it too expensive.
  11. What year is it,I have a 5 speed from a '74 C600 Ford,it's bolted up to a 331 V8,I don't remember exactly,but it's fairly low miles.
  12. Stick around here and we'll give you all kinds of ideas for improvements to give your superiors. It looks like your Dad has things figured out,for sure.
  13. Are those rear tires lo pro's? If so,you could bump your speed up a little putting tall rubber on it. How's the interior?
  14. Take lots of pics for us.
  15. Turned over 400,000 on my little '88 Superpup today, and we were doing what we do best, hauling pigs. Last week I took her camping at the county fair with us.My youngest daughter Lilly is in 4H and shows livestock. She had a good year, she had 5 rabbits, won Champion Commerical Jr. Doe and Champion Crossbred,4 goats, with one winning Reserve Champion Lightweight Market goat, and one steer,it won Reserve Champion Lightweight Market Steer.
  16. wonder if it is a R615,has V8 emblem on the hood.
  17. nice looking set up,looks like all it needs is a bumper
  18. Unfortunately I have Progressive too, hate those bastards, but it is the only company my agent could find that would take my son.
  19. Probably my fault, but we didn't check the rack before firing it up. I've never had a Mack pump stuck on me in 35 years of bringing these old dogs back to life, guess there's always a 1st time for everything. We bought this for parts, the engine and trans is going into my son's '88 . It had a E9 with a spun bearing when we got it,and a 9 speed. The cab is going on my blue '82,the cab on it is a rust bucket, this one is pretty nice,it's got the blue diamond tucked interior and is in pretty decent shape. A friend of mine wants the rear end for his '80 Superliner dump truck, the rest will hang around till it's needed.
  20. All them Macks and you drive that in the parade ????????????
  21. Yes,when Mack first replaced the MB,they did so with 2 models,a MC and MR,the C was for city use,R for refuse, basically identical except for chassis specs and the MR had sliding side glass, were the MC had roll up windows. Eventually they phased out the MC,leaving the MR to fill both city/shorthaul tractor duty and refuse/construction chassis'
  22. yeah, those old west coast lids and the latches they used weren't the greatest, don't see too many that don't have a tarp strap holding them tight.
