  1. This '66 belongs to Mark McCullough from MO.It was built with a 1674 Cat,but the buyers weren't happy with the power so sent it back and had a 1693 Cat put in. It's a real low mile original, always kept inside .
  2. weight sounds close, top speed would all depend on what trans. and gear ratio was spec'd,I have no idea on fuel consumption
  3. only visor I've ever seen with cut outs for the clearance lights was for a B model.
  4. nope, just whats on my AC and its totally different
  5. got duct tape over the hole now, might just have to leave it.
  6. Well I thought I'd lucked out and found a radiator cap for my AB,even had the emblem still attached, probably paid way too much for it to start with, but I needed it so what the heck, right? Evidently AB's had more than one size of filler neck cause my new cap is too damn small. I'm going to try and find some that it will thread onto and maybe be able to rig something up,but otherwise the search continues.
  7. that LT with the cut out hood is kinda interesting.
  8. it truly was,I can't imagine the time and $$$ it took to restore it.
  9. Never thought about that. jakebrake86's new bride took a pic of three of us BMT members together, jakebrake,jakebrake86 and Superdog. I thought she was gonna post it here, musta broke her camera.
  10. I kinda wondered if it wasn't a H673ST. It was turbocharged. It had the old cast trunion and the small six spoke wheels,so I was guessing the rears were original, too, but I never got to ask anyone.
  11. Way too many distractions,Dan,but it was good to get a short visit in. You really need to get to our Walcott I80 show sometime.
  12. Here's the rest of the B models and last of the Macks. There were 3 more Mack's that I know of,where there that my pics didn't turn out,a green B camper, Crouse's B71 sleeper cab and Larry Pruitt's Rawhide. this B30 rackside was super nicely done nice B61 from KS nice B75 single axle B61 dump truck big bunk B73 L cab Nuss group's Titan, that hauled the FCSW Thats all my Mack pics.I'm 90% sure I got them all, besides the 3 I mentioned that didn't turn out. It was a great show, over 700 registered. Got to meet a few new/old faces from here and the ATHS board and got to visit with alot of old friends and made some new ones, too. Spent the whole week in the presidential suite of the Superdog Hilton. Weather was really cooperative, only a few scattered showers, not beastly hot. Only trouble I had was my "new" Harley golfcart crapped out the 2nd day and the 5 yr old batteries in the Superliner picked Thurs. am to give up,but other than that it was a great, and very, very, very much needed vacation . My sanity has been somewhat restored and I'm sure my blood pressure dropped a point or 2. Only wish I could attend a show like this twice a month.

  14. The LJ and LT's Mark Smith's KT powered LTL from TX,looks sweet with a pot. Don't know what scale this was,but as you see it took up the whole table The real deal,Strickland's LTL mackdaddy's beautiful LTL. When I was visiting with Dan,someone asked if he could move his truck so they could get out,so I was lucky enough to get to hear it close up,that supercharged Cummins really has the sound. LTL from CA interesting LJ from Strickland's

  19. Here you go Vinny, probably the single sharpest U model on the planet. Belongs to my friends in Newton,IA. U685T,I think it's a 1970. 237,5 speed with a hydraulic lift 5th wheel. Only U model at the Springfield,MO ATHS show.
  20. Got everything loaded and tied down, ready to head south in a few hours. Picked up some new show grounds transportation last week, didn't have alot of time to fix it up like I wanted, but I got a few personal touches added.Just hope it stays running,it had been sitting along time,a little cold blooded at first, but it was cheap and beats the hell out of walking. Wife says I gotta straighten up the front yard when I get home or no more vacations.
