  6. When Terry Manders was here last year picking up some trucks,he told me years ago they built a Cruiseliner glider and used a Duplex in it.He said it took alot of modifying, but they did do it once.
  7. I got a reproduction set from Rene P. in Holland, very nice and no where near that much.
  8. Yeah,I was sure glad to get it out of the kid's back yard and here at home so I could mess with it a little. Dad's first Mack had a 325 V8 and I just love to listen to this run.First 325 I've had that actually runs.

  11. If you are going to put it in your Cruiseliner, make sure it isn't the older 2 stick version, that might present a problem.
  12. Got home tonite, parked the Super Pup,and walked across the yard to see if there was still air in the RL795. Gauge read zero, but I hit the starter anyway, and VAROOOM!!! she was running. That air start is so damn cool. I gotta get my daughter to make a video clip of it starting someday.
  13. yes you can change hubs, just have to find a donor with the hubs you want.
  14. yeah, steel dash and torsion bar cab,the year is definitely wrong.
  15. No,I didn't take any pics, sorry. Went down to Larry's for breakfast this a.m. to check it out. I'll bet his neighbors were really impressed, because besides him firing it up a couple 3 different times,my son showed up with the air start RL795. It had been sitting at his house all winter and he decided it was time for it to come home to my place,we spent a couple hours last night airing up tires on it. By 7:30,I'm sure we had the whole town wide awake. I did get pic of the V8 at home.
  16. no,Dan,I didn't buy it,as much as I woulda liked to. A friend of mine did.
