Truck really look like it coming together. It looks great, keep the pictures coming. Both you and your husband should be quite proud of all your hard work.It really show in the quality of the work. When I get back on my b87 I’m going to do the same as you are doing taking plenty of pictures and posting them here.
  2. Thank youFreidasBoss I know I saw that truck before just couldn’t place where I saw it.It’s been there for sometime.Maybe I will go by it tomorrow it’s only about 30-40 minutes from home. Will let everyone know if it’s for sale.
  3. I understand the issues of owning an antique Mack, I have 2 and 1 ford along with 6 caterpillar tractors. If you don’t have the resources then maybe you can let others know the location of this truck is.Hopefully someone steps up and save her.I just can’t understand when someone keeps the location secret when they have no interest in restoring the truck for what ever reason.

  10. You are making a great decision on picking up the truck.Don’t know or need to know the price, but you could probably put the old girl to work and make it back. Good luck with it,would like to see some more pictures of it.Trust me no one on this site ever get tried of looking at pictures.
  11. Give it a good shake down run and you’ll be fine.Once you make the deal and you forked over the money ask the seller if he would drive it the 900 plus miles.Pick a good couple of days weather wise and enjoy the thumbs up you will be getting. You won’t be able to get in and out of the fuel stops quickly with all the want a be drivers drooling over it.Here’s a picture of my B873sx tractor that has been in the family since new.
  12. Looks real solid, you are going to drive it home.Good luck.
