  1. Send more pics! Is that a older concrete pump on the RL700 or a bridge snooper? I have always wanted to see where Custer screwed up - it is on my bucket list. I checked off Glacier National Park a few years ago and really liked the folks in Montana. Which of the oversize loads were you hauling?
  2. That sounds good and all, but a peterbilt does not have the axle capacity to chain up a log like that.
  3. Great bunch of photos - did you take them? I always thought Custer was a dumbass.
  4. I have never tried baling nekked - he might be on to sumpin
  5. HA! You learn something new every day! I also like how he wiped his muddy paws on his pants, and THEN grabs the muddy chain.
  6. I made the mistake of asking Rob to help bale some hay I had mowed down the other day - here is the result: http://www.noob.us/h...g-hay-wait-wtf/
  7. Hopefully it is back in the closet it was outed from. Not my style, but I do appreciate the amount of work and time that took - someone was dedicated to their vision of beauty
  8. In between thunderstorms yesterday, we got the straw blower running. That 80 horsepower Deutz really makes the straw blow!
  9. Will it weld brass balls on?
  10. Good looking truck - hard to believe that it is 20 years old it is so straight! I am glad you are not going to BLING it up.
  11. Those trucks look like "Trannys".
  12. I have gotten so swamped with work (busy auction and planting seasons right now), that I have only driven it twice! I bought a junk truck with a bad engine the other day with four new tires on the back so I plan to install them soon. I also bought a truck with a good dump bed that will slide right on and I may do that so I can use it around here some. Life gets in the way of fun sometimes!
  13. That's okay Randy - you might as well just get in line and scare yourself when it is your turn, a little texas birdie told me that everyone down there runs scared around you anyway! I am sorry I am such a bore............
  14. Paul - Thanks for the info. I wire brushed and scraped the paint and then I wire brushed and scraped the paint and then I wire brushed and scraped the paint......you get the idea......... I found out it was serial number WD11488 which Tractordata.com shows makes it a 1949 model - I thought those shutters made it an early one. So someone cheated with the decals or used a WD45 hood on it - it is only a WD not a WD45.
  15. I second those - it looks nice AND sweet!
  16. Thanks for posting vinnster - did you go hug the DM?
  17. Congratulations on the new addition (baby that is). There is nothing that warms the heart of an existing dad as seeing another formerly single, formerly childless, formerly cool male go through the same thing - HA! I hope Mom and the baby are doing well!
  18. I have owned some of those series trucks, but I can't help with your diagram But I can welcome you to the site!
  19. Where are you located? That would help spark some interest if someone is close. Good looking truck!
  20. There are still a lot of Apache and Viking Chevy grain trucks running around here every fall - I never get too close on the highway, I have crawled under enough of them to know that 90 percent still have the original brake lines.
  21. Garrett - I recognize the colors!
  22. Did you see the sparks come out at about 2 minutes and 25 seconds?
  23. Vinnster - It is because. I won't tell her about it................ Good job on dumping the word tranny. When you meet the new Republican president in a year or two, you will be glad you cleaned up your speech!
  24. I thought when I saw the header that we would be comparing you know what to you know what..................but to stay on topic............. So it was brave and daring to sit in a soft chair with a latte and say the two words that anyone with a pulse would say - "go ahead" He will take credit for a lot of things he shouldn't as the election gets closer.
  25. Friday I went to an auction and I picked up this Allis Chalmers WD45 - I can't seem to find the serial number - does anyone remember where it is? I thought it was stamped on the rear end, but I can't find it. Check out the shutters: I also bought a Finn straw blower painted up like a John Deere. The local municipality that had it installed a new 80 hp Deutz diesel on it, replaced all the bearings and belts, painted it, and then parked it for 6 years. Makes no sense - I hope if I install new batteries and drain the gunk from the tank it will run. I bought this trailer online, when I went to pick it up it had a flat tire - bad! But it had in the bed a boring machine and augers for boring under a road - Good!
