Are you sure you have air parking brakes? Post some pictures of your brake chambers...if the drum brake on the back of the transmission is not adjusted and you do not have parking air chambers, your truck is going to roll away!

Just want to let everyone know how well this Mack Dealer treated me... I ordered (through find-it parts) new oil seals for my front wheels...as I dont have have a 6 inch seal driver and didnt want to f**k them up I took them to the local Mack dealer...the young kid at the service counter, after I explained my situation, asked if I had an appointment, when I said no, he shook his head and told me they were booked solid for weeks, but that I should talk to the service manager... Long story short, the service manager pulled one of his tech's off of the job he was working on and he drove the seals in for me...when I went back to the service counter to get the bill, the service manager said to just contribute to thier pizza fund...I whipped out a twenty and asked if it was enough and he said yes... I would not hesitate to go back there for anything that requires special tools that I do not have! Check them out if you are ever in Milton PA...

Talk about needing a paint job! We should donate a paint brush and a couple fo gallons of paint to this guy! Don't see how he can have this ugly mutt out in public! I guess the intention is let you know that the part is NEW, as in never used or installed, but not current production...adds a lot of value if you are restoring anything, as it would be the same part used when whatever you are working on was built...it differentiates between an original part and a modern reproduction

What are the main differences between the RW6's and RW7's? And within the series, as the numbers go up does that mean more heavy duty? Thanks

I used Sodium Hydorxide once to blacken some Harley tools that I developed...did it in the house, bought a 25 lb bucket...used only a small amount...If I remember correctly, the ol lady bitched about THAT too!
