  14. Here is a link to a brake handbook. http://www.suspensionspecialists.com/techinfo/Bendix_Brake_Handbook_2009.pdf A relay may be bad or some crud is in the system so it is causing issues. First thing I would check is if the roller on the back side of the brake pedal is moving smoothly. Is the plunger that the roller contacts in the brake pedal base plate able to move smoothly in its bore. If there is an issue with either, clean them up and see how the brakes apply.
  15. Time to find a shop that will do a proper diagnosis.

  18. Your best bet is to pull it so the pinion can be set properly if you need to chase peanuts. Change the oil on the power divider and that will either confirm that it is the issue or not. If you find random pieces of metal, they will be your noise maker.
  19. You may not have a locking power divider but more than likely you have an "automatic" power divider. The peanuts inside could be roasted. Power dividers have their own oil supply so pull the drain and fill plugs for an inspection. Do you know the history of the T2180 installed?
  20. Hopefully you get to take the B out for a spin!
  21. I second that! New rails are better than a new truck headache.
