You can also check the spring in the lower hose. Highway speed rpm may be causing the lower hose to collapse and cause a restriction.

I try to use 600 X 400 landscape JPG when posting. Probably stuffed 5 pictures in a post but not sure what the limit might be. Don't have answers to your other questions.
