  1. Four owners in 58 years isn't too bad.
  2. April 28, 1966 was the last day for building the Mack B model. Long live the B! ,
  3. Yes, it is connected. That truck was first owned by Millis Freight in Millis, MA. Second, James Colello. Third, John Danielski. Fourth, Mark Belden.
  4. Resizing pictures down to about 500 or so pixels seems to help with posting.
  5. There is a good chance that a couple of them have been striped by the same guy so is sure a similar look to them. I believe the above pictured Fabian B75 is now owned by Jim Colello so that is a match. About 14 years between the two pictures.
  6. Yup, great look! I haven't seen a breakdown on numbers between the two cabs. Would be interesting.
  7. Can't get much better than a Mack B75 matched up to a Fruehauf round nose stainless trailer.
  8. 1955 was a major redesign year for GM, the 1955 Chevrolet cars and 1955 Chevy/GMC trucks featured the wrap around windshield (including other GM products). 1953 truck was the two piece windshield, 1954 was a one piece windshield (one year only) and then the wrap around in 1955. Nice looking food truck!
  9. Here is some info. https://www.bigmacktrucks.com/tutorials/article/8-clariben-hood-brochure-aftermarket/ https://www.bigmacktrucks.com/topic/23938-lj-mack-with-clariben-hood/
  10. I hope it is good because it is what I have been using. Silver for summer and white bottle for winter.
  11. Never worked on one but the 1988 Mack Midliner brochure indicates it is a wet sleeve.
  12. I think there are two E model buses that are road worthy. Another one is supposedly being worked on? There is one near me in a junkyard but you would have to be incredibly motivated to consider fixing it up. Two up north are used as hunting camps, one in VT and one in ME.
  13. Do you know what the trans. number is from the case stamping or tag? Knowing what it started life as will help.
  14. From left to right is a green Mack LTL, an off brand, a couple of Brockways, Mack LTH, LTL, Mack U model and a B model riding out back.
  15. Congrats! More iron to play with.
  16. Pictures sure help to sell an item.
  17. A pair of small Mack E model school buses at the Rochester Fairgrounds many years ago.
  18. Excellent! Last time I went to Carlisle, it took two weeks to dry out.
  19. I used a molded NAPA hose 8391 and cut the section out that would work. Think Repco is NAPA in Australia. The hose application is listed below so you have some info to take to your auto parts dealer. Hopefully some of the models made it down under like Saab or Daewoo. The orange circle in the picture gives an idea of what section I cut out. Hose ID is listed as 1.25". It seems to do OK powering the turbine on my truck. 20. ACME Panhard Kit Contains a fairly nice chunk of 2 X 4 and two used carriage bolts (threads are good). Universal mounting instructions: Cut to length
  21. The listing is wrong when they call this model a 1/34. The die cast shown on ebay is 1/25 scale. Definitely larger and more detailed than the FG 1/34 scale products. 1/25 production numbers are a lot less than the 1/34 size. I have the same 1/25 tractor stashed away so I like the price!
