    Going to be one hell of a birthday! Yup, check all the fluids especially the Deeetroit. Has it been upgraded to air brakes? If not, I would plan on doing a brake fluid change. Brake fluid absorbs water over time which will allow rust to form in and make a mess of the brake system.

    I believe it is for hauling rip rap stone which certainly includes granite.

    This Mack H633 in the orange and blue Roadway colors was on display at Macungie in 2002. It now resides at the Keystone Truck and Tractor Museum. The H633 model was produced between 1956-1958 with 408 produced.

    Plain red paint and then dressed in Dupont colors about 15 years later shown at Macungie Park.

    Broken belt in a tire? Bent wheel? Tire out of round? Does it happen only at certain speeds? Are all the spring bushings in good condition?
