  1. That is too new for me but my advice is go see it in person if at all possible or get some very reliable eyes on it. A plane ticket will be cheap compared to buying and shipping a "problem". Looks like good heavy specs.
  2. The first 3 digits of the VIN is 2M2. First 2 is Canada and M2 is for Mack Incomplete.
  3. 2005 Massey Ferguson 1533 with a Meyers plow adapted to a Bobcat quick mount plate.
  4. Don't have any pictures of a B-42 application. The air drains are to face straight down to allow all moisture to be expelled from the tanks. It is OK to have various fittings and the pressure relief valve not located on the "top" of the tank. Drain down and everything else will be good.
  5. The 3M product is called Di-Noc. http://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/company-us/all-3m-products/~/All-3M-Products/Design-Construction/Architectural-Design/Architecture-Construction/Architectural-Finishes/?N=5002385+8709317+8710037+8710647+8710818+8711017+3294857497&rt=r3
  6. This beer is OK but the hostess is outstanding!
  7. A 609 was born as a END-711 211 HP Thermodyne. Somebody may have thrown a turbo on it or it is a non original motor. The tag should be on the pass. side of the motor but if it missing, the motor number is stamped on top of the timing gear housing in front of the injection pump. It will start with END.
  8. White girls too. As said by you and quoted below, 11th year of retirement thanks to your pension. Surprised you labeled yourself as a clinker and that you are a drag to the economy. Still working your butts off! Here I sit at 66 enjoying my 11th year of retirement, do what I want, get up when I want, etc... All thanks to a union pension!
  9. Protesters like to have their weekends off.
  10. If ain't one thing , it is another...
  11. Your stew had more colorful and nutritious veggies. Ma would approve.
  12. The B registry was actually on a different site. I don't know what happened but when Fuzzy Buzzard stops in maybe he can update what is going on.
  13. The plated, polished and better than perfect look is great but I certainly don't have the patience to do it. Clean working clothes for trucks is not a bad thing.
  14. 1978 Super Styling Off brochure back cover.
  15. Clean truck in and out. Very nice!
  16. An 819 would have had a twin turbo V8 so the engine that is pictured isn't a match. Maybe an RR trans with a Brownie aux. trans? It is a heavy haul bruiser with a total DM-819 production of 75 units.
  17. Depending on how it is equipped, non ESI engine would be 31 qts, two filters and small pan or small pan and Centri-Max filter about 33 qts. There is a big pan but I don't think it would have been put on your truck with a capacity of 51 quarts. Water is about 12 gals. and the Allison trans. with a 6 or 7" deep pan is 32 qts. or 37 qts. for an 8.5" deep pan.
  18. Lots of things could be done for "Looks". A prudent business would spec a truck with a combination of parts that work properly together for the intended purpose. There is no sense in putting big rubber on a truck that hauls potato chips. Big rubber is a huge money.
  19. High pressure A/C system switch may be bad. It could give a signal keeping the engine fan on. Also, corrosion on the electric plug pins can cause issues.
  20. uShip is one bunch. https://www.uship.com/ Who knows how close it is to the fiasco TV show called "Shipping Wars". He can check bus lines also. A friend bought some fenders out of TX and they arrived in NH in the bottom of a Greyhound bus. That was a few years ago and the service may no longer be available.
  21. After pushing the escutcheon collar back, the pins "should" push out with a small punch. Sometimes a few taps with a hammer on the punch might be needed because dirt or gunk has jammed them up. Hopefully no one put JB Weld or something on the pins. That will be a problem.
  22. Right, Richard Muys from Milford, PA. Don't know him but all his trucks are excellent.
  23. This release from June 2016 says the S462 is available. What suspension are you looking at? http://www.macktrucks.com/community/mack-news/2016/mack-showcases-application-excellence-at-equipment-fleet-management-national-conference/
  24. Indeed. It would fit in nicely there.
