  1. Memory sez TRDXL 107 has a high and low for first and reverse and the TRXL 107 has high and low first and theoretically 5 reverse selections. Thought I had a shift diagram for the TRDXL but currently can't find it.
  2. 1969 DC 10364B with a Blaw-Knox Hydromixer.

  4. C'mon, it is just right over there.
  5. One of 150 units produced between 1940-41.
  6. Thanks. Gaining on it. Accident=fractured pelvis.
  7. The dog base and the script plate should be chrome. The "Mack" lettering would be black. LJT babies? There is a small tag for the center grill dividing bar that would say "LJ" not "LJT". That tag will have to come from another truck or John Chalmers might have the tag but he was selling out his inventory so at this point, the search is on.
  8. Chrome with patent # 87931 on dog's chest.
  9. First picture has a square drive plug a couple of inches down from the temp. sender which is where a mechanical sender can be used. As the picture is shown, it is at the very "bottom". Second pic, thermostat is at the point of the heater hose valve, upper hose and the orange water filter/conditioner.
  10. Nice project!
  11. The thermostat is located at the front end of the water manifold. I have installed a mechanical sender into the back end of a water manifold but can't remember what I used for a bushing to compensate for the extra length of the sender. I picked up a cheap temp. gun from Harbor Freight. Seems fairly accurate. Point at the water manifold and see what it reads.
  12. R611ST is the model number. Born as a tandem tractor (ST) with probably the 260 HP Thermodyne engine. Last year for the R611 was 1988. Looks like it will clean up pretty well.
  13. The price is right. What was the intended oem application for the boot?
  14. Nice truck! Hmmmmm....... Hey, how about some details on this puppy!
  15. Very sad. My condolences to all involved. In the world today, there seems to be little concern or respect for the other guy out on the road.
  16. While you are there, double check that the throttle arm is tight to the pump shaft and in good condition.
  17. Here is a link to a Bendix brake book and there are several diagrams that may help. http://www.suspensionspecialists.com/techinfo/Bendix_Brake_Handbook_2009.pdf
  18. There was a twin hose air cleaner that had one hose picking up warmer air from under hood which was a popular option for trucks in colder climates.
  19. No, the truck could go but I am not quite ready to drive it again after my injury.
  20. Lancaster Upholstery had a kit until about a year or so ago and they stopped doing it. They also stopped the Mack E model interior kit. At this point it will be making patterns, buying cowl board and windlace and making your own. http://www.restorationspecialties.com/ Restoration Specialties can supply the cowl board and windlace. There are probably others as well as possibly a local upholstery shop may be able to help with supplies and also sewing the windlace to the board.
  21. I have an old note listing 314 GC 366X for a Robert Bosch pump equipped inline six engine. Don't remember if it had a primer on it or not. Maybe a superseded number now. Probably different number for an American Bosch pump?
