  1. Any idea what engine powered the bus? Rear mounted or pancake behind the low side grill panels?

  3. My luck hasn't been good for a while so no wager from me! VA to Canada will be good break in miles! I would like to go up but I am still trying to be a good boy and follow the rehab plan for my broken hip. Also, no Brockway show this year either.

  6. I took the picture at the Barrington, NH truck show in 2000.
  7. The B model mount (#107MF21P11) is 1 1/8" tall, id is 5/8" and od is 2 11/16". The id could be carefully enlarged to 7/8" if the height is close or add washers to make it thicker for your application. The trans mount hardware (#204SX216 kit) out of an R model is about 3" od using 3/4" fasteners.

  11. The 39MT is a new starter. Shouldn't be hard to find. The 39MT is the gear reduction starter with "soft touch" starting with variations being used on the Mack E7, MP7, MP8, MP10 and Cummins ISX's. Like HG said above the 42MT is used on a ton of 673 applications.

  16. It is the blue one. Check the height difference between the two. The red one is probably an H-63 which has a lower cab and a different radiator surround.
  17. A friend scored a pair of half dogs that were 99% perfect off fleabay about 1 year ago for $20.00. He was pretty happy!

  20. 96" wide excluding the mirrors. Roof height is about 105-106" Stack height and overall length will depend on the particular truck.
  21. There was an article about Bill Craib and his collection of trucks and equipment in the ATCA Double Clutch magazine 10-12 years ago. I don't know him.
