  1. Click on the u joint style that you need and it gives the various dimensions and part number. http://spicerparts.com/resources/measuring-u-joints Depending on your mix of parts, you may have to swap the rear axle drive yoke to make things work together.
  2. Bolt the pressure plate down because Sat. is almost here. Hope the install goes smoothly for you.
  3. Yes, there is a filler panel between the bumper and the radiator.
  4. Here is a side view to give you an idea of the bolt holes and length.
  5. If you want to run factory hooks, you will need the factory extended bumper brackets. What you have are not the extended brackets. Here are the what brackets and hooks look like.
  6. Absolutely classic line when the "regulator" had no experience in the industry. Pretty much why things are so screwed up.
  7. Excellent! While you boys were on tour in the back 40, did you find the 1941 Warner T89 transmission that I am looking for?
  8. Looks like he got it running in 2010 and took it to the show in 2012. It is interesting to see the mirror brackets bolted to the cab and not the doors.
  9. Same truck. You probably saw it at the ATHS National in Springfield, MA a couple of years ago.
  10. Welder, plasma,.... Good thing you invested in a really big lunchbox years ago.
  11. Middlesex HQ is in MA with a facility in FL. Last I knew, their trucks were all black in MA, but black would be a little too HOT for Florida!
  12. With this kind of scenery, I am surprised 501 isn't more of a truck route.
  13. Barry posted this about the dot or star in front of the thread title. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/topic/44249-first-unread-posts/#comment-326585
  14. The link is in the Marketplace on the main forum page.
  15. Nice! The hunting trips to Colchester finally paid off!
  16. Like the first picture, not so much on the second. Glad it wasn't worse for the drivers.
  17. Hi Mike, It has been a day or two since I had one opened up but the strip was a piece of flat stock. It was approx. 1/8"-3/16" thick by about 1/2" wide or so. It was welded into the cab top and bottom. It seemed to be lined up with the pinch weld that went around the window opening where the various cab metal parts come together. The rubber window gasket has a groove that lines up to the pinch weld and this center strip so there is some support for the gasket when the glass is being installed.
  18. Will be there Friday about 1:00 pm. For various reasons, I will be in a disguise...
  19. There is a thin vertical metal strip between the two windshields.

  21. Sorry, I don't. I am stuck in the 1980's.
  22. Might have to stop at your local dealer to get a diagram. Have older ones but nothing near 2004. Check for damaged wire to your fender lights at the hood hinge area. Something may have chafed through or been pinched.
  23. I thought when you were on the "new content" page on the old setup, it would display the pages and you could hit the last page and go. It was saving one step. With "Unread Content", click the topic and it loads, then click the last page and it loads. Nice that it is quick about it.
  24. Couple different engines. B75 END 673 B753 ENDT 673 B755 END 864 V8 There are a couple more options than this. With the typos in this ad, the seller may have meant 673? An in person inspection would be needed to get real answers.
  25. If it is Loud, it's turning 1650 rpm. SCREAMIN' is 2100 rpm.
