  1. That is probably a good idea not to shoot them all up. It will allow more wood fiber to go toward the production of toilet paper instead of plywood...
  2. Some events are getting cancelled because of the insurers. Covid 19 is new and no one knows the damages and associated issues. So, they are covering themselves by pulling insurance versus having a bunch of people sue them because they went to X event and now have the virus.
  3. Racin' Ralph Nason from Unity, ME got one of those "kit cars" through Richard Petty in 1973. He then won 23 feature races in a row! Painted black and yellow with sponsorship from Partner Chainsaw.
  4. Not really happy about all sorts of events and shows getting cancelled. Better to be sad and inconvenienced than sick or dead.

  6. Slides are dated 1959. International dozer getting dirty. Possibly a model TD-18.
  7. New cam? Definitely need to check timing and the top end. If your local dealer is some what helpful, see if you can get info about the truck like warr. history or any updates done. I would need a schematic or chase the ECM power wire from the fuse block.

  10. That was a really bad thing to do. Check compression, timing, cam lifters, valve train, fuel pressure, bad harness(s), bad sensors, power to the ECU, bad grounds, corrosion in the connector pins, more bad sensors, corrosion in the harness, oil in harness,....

  15. Little bit of history right there! Sort of remember an article about that Pantera in a magazine like Hot Rod or such. Shelby was with Chrysler then and it was written up as Shelby and the tech team are just having some fun. As with many things in life, there is usually a story behind the story!

  17. The C was a short run vehicle for Mack. As Prowrench mentioned above, there were 208 C615 trucks produced. Mack also made the C607 (301 units), C609 (1,064), C611 (16) for a total of 1,589 units between 1963-1965. Mack already had the U and R model on the drawing board and probably did not want to spend any more money on the C. The U was introduced first in 1964 with the R in 1965. I think the radiator style is very handsome as is the L cab so I understand your thoughts of bringing the C model along with improvements. Here is a picture I took of one of the C models (Massachusetts based) that was in my neighborhood about 25 years ago which is now in your area. Also, a picture of the right hood off the truck I had showing the ghost of the V8 emblem. Parts lived on with other trucks.

  20. Thanks! It would only be a 973.3 mile drive in the country. Just be careful at the sharp corners on Rt 90 in Cleveland where Rt 2 junctions.
  21. Mack had Light Beige #510, Med. Beige #520 and a Dark Beige #530. In spray cans the part #'s are 3121106P, 3121107P and 3121108P. What the new numbers might be and if volvo still is offering the product, I don't know.
