  1. Hope you get it. You will have to stop south of Mark's Farm to let Vin sniff on it.
  2. The second letter was for the weight capacity of the truck. The LF was the lightest L model and usually powered by a Mack 510 Thermodyne gas engine or a very few received a Mack diesel. The LJ could have had the 510 gas, Mack 707 gas, or diesel with a Mack or Cummins motor.
  3. It is a L model. With the straight ahead view, it is hard to say which L. I would say LF or LJ.
  4. Looks good! Nice John Deere sticker!
  5. The rubber is available from Watts. http://www.wattstruckcenter.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&path=59_68&product_id=239 http://www.wattstruckcenter.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&path=59_68&product_id=240
  6. All the factory sales brochures for the 675 that I have indicate 237 HP. Getting into the weeds, the Mack service manual list ENDT-675 and ENDTB-675 at 235 HP. B indicating Mack Dynatard equipped.
  7. I think so, but this looks like a newer hood. I believe it should have had exposed shutters.
  8. Haven't seen one.
  9. "T" in the VIN indicates that it started out as a single axle tractor.
  10. Number 752 R607 off the line with production starting in 1965. Let us know how it looks.
  11. I dunno.. I like them also. Hopefully you see the truck again and ask them some questions.
  12. Sad. GC will probably change their buffet rules to include a time limit. All you can eat within two hours.... Another person who takes NO responsibility for their actions.
  13. If you can now park in the highway medium strip, it will sure free up some room at the truck plazas...
  14. Sure thing. Fine rides.
  15. I like Glenn's way so there are no mistakes in getting shoes and seals but here is a link to supposedly American Suspension Co. largest distributor. Maybe a phone call would get the info you want. http://www.dsuban.com/cart.php?m=product_vendor_list&v=8
  16. That is a little disturbing.... Not that FWD has a hidden camera at your place but that you have a phone like that!
  17. The Elco PT boat on display at Battleship Cove, Fall River, MA is pretty sweet looking. Glad another one is being preserved.
  18. After the sammich in Philly, probably should keep going to Georgia for some pecan pie. It is cold up here!
  19. I like Philly cheesesteak sammich for lunch but it takes a little time for me to drive down there.
  20. Your father -in-law must have never watched tv. WoW times 4!
  21. 15 quarts crankcase capacity. Which Luberfiner do you have or is it an oil clarifier?
  22. Does anyone remember dealing with Jo Jo at Salami's in Roxbury?
  23. OK. Yes, Avon is gone. Patriot is owned by McDevitt.
  24. Noisy so it's not powered by a Kubota.
  25. I have seen a couple of Superliner fire truck pictures posted for sale on fleabay. They look gooood!
