  1. Thinking the o-ring kit is 207SH32. Don't know the new volvo number. About $30.00, Double check number with the dealer.
  2. Looks like an excellent project! Is this the one found from the air?
  3. Hopefully the test will shed some light on what is up.
  4. There are a ton of back roads into Ballston Spa. Anything is more interesting than the Northway.
  5. A friend wanted to put a newer VIP wheel on his hot rod B and the spline steering shaft was 1 1/16" (plus) so it was a no go. The round section of the shaft running to the non power steering box was 1 1/8"
  6. The two day show in Ballston Spa, NY is coming up on Sept 26 and 27 and it is very good. You can also join the Antique Truck Club of America or the American Truck Historical Society and both will have lists of shows. http://www.aths.org/ http://www.antiquetruckclubofamerica.org/ Between NE and NY, I can think of about 17 shows held each year so you should be able to get to a couple. Some are posted on the BMT calendar to remind folks. The ATCA national show held each Father's Day weekend in Macungie, PA is one of the best.
  7. It does look clean in the photos and would be an excellent addition to someone's collection. Not too many light tandems around.
  8. Interesting. Mack only made ONE B-37. It was built in 1962. Last I heard, it belonged to the Comer family on the east coast. Try to take a picture of the chassis tag if you can.
  9. Here is some info for you on the Freedom. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/13234-mack-superliner-ultraliner-freedom-series-pictures-and-info-wanted/?hl=superliner+freedom#entry148920
  10. If everything seems to straighten out after the curve, it is normal. Mack used rubber mounted trunnion as well as brass but both utilized rubber at the axle to spring mount so there is movement in corners.
  11. WoW! Hope you guys had all day to look at all the vehicles and the parts treasure trove.
  12. I thought you said you had two tags, One with the chassis number? Chassis number is the VIN. Like H62T-1034.
  13. Total. Send the VIN and a donation to the Mack Museum and they will get you the original info for your cab with year built.
  14. Maybe real gold...
  15. Vinnie's Landscape Service truck number 2.
  16. Looks Good! Mechanical stuff is mechanical stuff whether it is green, red, black or white. All have their secrets and tricks of the trade.
  17. Looks like a DM to me. Driver is proud of his ride.
  18. The truck tag would be found on the driver's door and the equipment tag is usually mounted to the control panel. As an example.
  19. You can search Craigslist.
  20. Bearings are available from various sources.
  21. Can't help. He has not been on since Dec. 2014. Several folks are missing.
  22. 1993 Superliner tractor on spokes.
