  1. Looks like it could have been a Continental Paving truck with the orange color. Very nice indeed!
  2. Very nice 1965 Mustang in the background!
  3. There was a B-41 model. See if the VIN plate is still on the cab or try to check for the VIN number on the right frame rail behind the right front tire. Oh yeah, pictures please. 220 B-41 trucks made between 1953-54.
  4. You are going to need a bigger notebook for taking names.
  5. Nice! Got Mud? Good planning on the pepper, might need to make some hot sauce come fall.
  6. I have used various SEM products and the results seem good. I haven't used their chasis paint though.
  7. Nicely done on the boots. Happy Birthday too!
  8. WHAT? A BMT member went on a road trip without a camera? OK. A promise of future pictures get you off the hook.....for now.
  9. Hi Tim was part of your crew in Swanzey, NH on Friday 4/25? Saw a PII KWhopper with a tri axle RGN. Does PII have a location closer this way? Memory says that maybe there was a plant in Belmont or Guilford? I remember you were doing some working on 91 down south a while back.
  10. Very nice. Sort of like watching Mutual of Omaha's "Wild Kingdom" hosted by Marlin Perkins.
  11. Congrats! Hope everyone is doing fine.
  12. Here is a link. http://www.keystonetractorworks.com/
  13. When is the party?
  14. Crying over the LT. Damn, that had some rise for the fifth wheel plate. The trailer was probably just right with a B81 on 24" rubber.
  15. Do it! I have no recommendation as to online education with regards to do's and don'ts. Did four years on the rock for my piece of wallpaper. All education is valuable and if the subject matter is of high interest to you, that's just icing on the cake.
  16. Sweet! Sadly, my piggy bank is on a starvation diet.
  17. Looks like it was a nice 359 back in the day. Thinking it is Cummins powered with the small air cleaner on the driver's side.
  18. Never worked on a Cruiser so don't know what is different between it and a R model cable. If you get into a bind with special requirements try http://www.powls-speedometer.com/
  19. Just noticed the gold dump truck has cab mounted mirrors instead of being door mounted.
  20. Some European countries had some interesting rules on headlights. Headlight covers featured as OEM on vehicles in Europe came to the US and the headlight covers were not allowed by the DOT. Lots of things have changed because there are all sorts of wacky looking headlights now.
  21. 1. Checking for slop in the tie rod ends. 2. They don't want you to drive them over while they are under there.
  22. Here you go, a Made in the USA Columbia 8 track tape "I am a Truck". Features Wabash Cannonball, Red River Valley, House of the Rising Sun and everyone's favorite Dueling Banjos. Do you hear banjos? Paddle Faster! Depending on my state of mind, musical interest run from Booker T and the MG's to the Rolling Stones.
  23. Certainly very impressed with the level of tact and skill in your surreptitious pursuit of acquiring vehicles and acceptance within a new peer group.
