  1. More better upright. Nice catch to put on film!
  2. Mine is a 1941 Mack DE which is a 9,000 LBS GVW truck. The EF is a 14,000 LBS GVW truck.
  3. Nice flatbed at Macungie. The EF model was a very popular size and 13,783 trucks were produced between 1938-1951.
  4. Plus a Mack ED hiding behind three Super's.
  5. Not a problem. If you can't stop in, at least wave when you go by.
  6. Educational reading material...
  7. Looks like a job for a strap wrench with about a 5 ft handle and plenty of lube!
  8. Don't have any parts for you but the L model, E model and A model all share the same glove box door.
  9. Yikes!!!
  10. I haven't used this flavor of Power Service but it may help you out. Here is some info on Bio Kleen. I use the Power Service Diesel Kleen at fill ups for lubrication and fuel "tune up" and see no evidence of algae. This is for a hobby truck and sits mostly. https://powerservice.com/psp_product/bio-kleen-diesel-fuel-biocide/
  11. Mack used 3/0 battery cable in that application.
  12. Interesting! Never heard of that. Must be one hell of a filter!
  13. It is correct that a "786" would have an ENDTB676. All sorts of engines were based on an actual 672 CID. A Mack ENDT675 is also a 672 for example. The B means it has an engine brake. You are good to go.
  14. Heard of ATF being used in fuel back in the day. Wouldn't risk it now because of the color! I have also heard of some shops getting rid of their waste crankcase oil by putting it in the fuel tank to be burned. Who knows what ratio of fuel to waste oil might be? 50/1 maybe? I have being using Power Service Diesel Kleen for lubrication and as a fuel stabilizer.
  15. Try this. https://www.racensur.com/
  16. A day or two have gone by but thank you for a report on the results.
  17. Careful Yardo! Don't jinx yourself. Hmmm.... then again maybe you are ready to swap out the DD for a Mack?
  18. Wait 'til you get our bill... Welcome aboard!
  19. Don't believe that was an option. The G-72 had a Mack 707 gas engine. The G-73, 77, 733 and 773 were Cummins diesel powered. The G-75 and 753 were Mack diesel powered. There were no other models of the Mack G made.
  20. Better visibility for times of heavy traffic...
  21. Fabulous looking G! How does the oil look on the dipstick? Any history about the engine? 15-40 diesel engine oil such as Rotella or Mobil Delvac.
  22. Great looking heavy duty chain drive dump truck at Macungie. 150 FN models produced.
  23. I will send you a PM. Not mine. May be available or may not. Either way, it is rough.
