  1. OK. Interesting. I figured that 24.5" were available worldwide.
  2. Hayseed, appears that you are running 22.5" rubber. Are many rigs on 24.5" in your neighborhood?
  3. I am not on book face. Looking forward to see what they unveil. Hope it looks like a truck and that the company has a well thought out business plan.

    HI

Both truck and Toy look pretty good!
  5. Nice! Just in time for summer!
  6. Here is a Formula Blue part #E125-87-008 to add to your list. Formula Blue is part of Bendix.
  7. They got all the good out of this circa 1945 Autocar.
  8. It looks like a Snyder Tank (Buffalo, NY). I have seen them on Hayward Superliners and the MH models also. Probably available on western RS/RL, WS/WL and FL models. Snyder Tanks may have been an option for anyone? The Snyder Tank seems to be a little lower grade of aluminum and probably pretty difficult to get a good shine. Wouldn't be surprised a lot of tanks have been changed over the years so the trucks are easier to shine up for going to a show.
  9. To take some weight out of the truck. Less vehicle weight means more potential paying weight in the trailer. Many modern freight haulers only have short bumpers but have plastic aero bumper covers that make it look like a full bumper.
  10. Welcome aboard! Can't go wrong with a B-61. Trucks can get expensive fast unfortunately.
  11. If the trans. is in good shape, it should be able to take the torque of the Detroits. You will need to run the numbers to see if a rear axle ratio change is in order for a switch from gas to diesel depending on what you want to do with the truck.
  12. Excellent bit of Kodachrome right there. Perfect timing!
  13. Looks good Brocky! Nice to have a correspondent in the neighborhood. Put a couple stamps on the black R700 and send it my way.
  14. Sorry, I don't. There are a couple more pics of the last B and Paul has one of the sister truck that is a little larger in this post.
  15. Glad it worked out. Thanks for sharing the Stant number to help other Mack owners down the road.
  16. The same person who previously owned the last B also has a sister truck that has a dump body. I am not sure if they were dumps right along.
  17. Nice! Wouldn't mind having either one!
  18. The last B model rolled off the assembly line. Matt Pfahl is the current owner of the truck. B57S1284.
  19. Time to start dropping hints that Father's Day is coming up.
  20. Looks like it may be structure or bracing for the window stone guard that gives the appearance of a two pc. windshield?
  21. Right you are. Their Springfield, VT location.
  22. Thanks for the cross on the part number. I will see your 86 bucks and counter with 24 bucks on fleabay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Mack-25132213-Vented-Fuel-Cap-2-1-2in-Full-Function-Bull-Dog-Parts/263562621398
