  2. Here is a comparison of the truck dimensions between the R600 and R700 both utilizing the Mack CA 49 cab. The difference is 12".
  3. Suffix P is a platform chassis (single axle straight chassis).
  4. It's a bitsa. A little bit of this and a little bit of that.
  5. It is almost New Years when some may be seeing double. Painted to match but spec'd differently. 1972 R-685 doing the work with a 1969 R-611T out back.
  6. I have a few RD tractor pics but no RD690 tractors that I can think of.
  7. Sorry, don't have one for you. My old Delco book list for 1947 EH the use of distributor models 649-F (top outlet), 1110027 (side outlet) or 1111751 (side outlet). Maybe these folks could help. http://www.americanvintageparts.com/ignition/
  8. A couple pics of 690's.
  9. Since you have two 359's now, it is officially a collection! Mine is a 1969 Brockway E359T (671 and a RT-910).
  10. This 1996 Mack has enough to keep the cows happy for a little while.
  11. Good looking tractor. Clicked the pic in 2011.

  12. The ratio will be on the right front of the diff and the axle number will be stamped on the back side of the housing. Take a look at the id guide.
  13. Standing guard outside the gate.
  14. Original spec would have been a GO-D rated multipurpose gear oil. Probably most folks today are using an 85W-90 gear oil or the like. Capacity is in the area of 28 pints. When the oil level reaches the bottom of the fill plug, you are there.
  15. Shhhhh..... I am running late in paying my franchise fee to OD.
  16. Saw this many years ago. Power supplied by a 671 Detroit Diesel. Ex Leominster Mass FD.

  17. Scarce emblem to find For Sale. Someone that has one needs to make a few with a 3D print program.
  18. I do like truck show season. Fishing season is good too.
  19. I would do it myself. There are various products out there for cleaning diesel fuel. Power Service makes a cleaner. https://powerservice.com/psp_product/clear-diesel-fuel-tank-cleaner/
  20. This good looking rig was on display at Cortland several years ago.

  21. I had two spacers left over from something (?) and was able to get two more through Pete's Tire Barn. Any good truck tire center can get them. The rim clamps came from Fleetpride. There are different dimensions for the rim clamps depending on what spacer width you have. Fleetpride may be able to get the spacers also.
