YES! A U MODEL! I ALMOST POOPED MYSELF WHEN I SAW IT THERE. SO AFTER THE SHOW WE STOPPED BY TO LOOK AT IT, THE GUY WAS HOME, AND HIS GRANDSON, SO HE WAS TELLING US ABOUT THE U MODEL, IT HAS A 237, 5 SPEED AND NO RUST!!!!! ONLY A COUPLE BOUBLES IN THE PASSENGER DOOR. ITS A 1976. I LOOKED IT ALL OVER GOT THE SERIAL NUMBER, THE GRANDSON STARTED IT UP FOR US, IT SOUNDED GREAT!!! BIG PUFF OF WHITE SMOKE OUT OF THE PIPE, JUST LIKE MINE!!! HE BOUGHT IT IN MASSACHUSETTS AND HE PUT A DUMP BOX ON IT, THEN TOOK IT OFF. HE TRIED TO SELL IT AWHILE BACK, BUT NOBODY WOULD GIVE HIM HIS PRICE. SO HE DECIDED TO TAKE THE BOX OFF PUT THE 5TH WHEEL BACK ON AND NOW HE WILL BE RESTORING IT. HOPE TO SEE HIM SOMEDAY AT A SHOW WITH MY U MODEL. TRUST ME I GOT A BAZZILION PICTURES OF IT. HE ALSO HAS A RED SUPERLINER WITH A 350 IN IT, BUT IT WASNT AT THE HOUSE.

Hers just pictures of the Macks and Brockways. That Superliner is E9 powered, MMmmmmmmmmm did it sound good. Then theres the B42 dump, R600 4 door, Mike Rodericks 1969 361 Brock, a 1947 E model, my buddy Doug Fetterly's B613T only one of eight made in 1965, and then a nice red 1978 R model with a hood scoop.

Your right Jim! If you go back a little ways, from Marks, theres a little town called Glenfield. Thats where I live. I need to get pictures of all them Macks at Murcrest. I have a picture of the B model in Watertown. By the way, Marks is on 26, not 12. But Murcrest is on 12. Murcrest is halfway between Copenhagen and Burrville.

I think it looks in very good shape. I dont see any rust. Hope it gets saved.

Up here the Lewis County NY Town Barn has 2 matching DM tandem dumps. (most likely sisters) I dont know about the other one, but one of the DMs was doing a job by my house and it had a hood scoop. Most likely a tip turbine then? I actually dont know where the other one went. Havent seen the hood scoop one in awhile now though. That red R model you posted staxx is awesome. Hope something gets done too it.
