  1. Ya, it is. Late 60's early 70's I would think.
  2. Oh, U's came first in 1964. R's came next in 1965.
  3. Wow looks good. thats cool you have a picture of your truck before you even had it.
  4. In a Mack book it said, the U model was an offshoot of the R model, so I gues you could say the U is the R with an offset cab. Do you mean what U models came to production first? U models started in 1964, so the U401, U410, U607, U609, U615, and the U640, all started production the first year U models came out which was in 1964. Dang, im going to consider myself a Mackologist. You know like a guy (for me 12 year old kid) who studies Macks.
  5. $15,000?????????? My jaw hit the floor when I read that, maybe $3500 at the most.
  6. Sounds like a nice B model you have. Welcome.
  7. That is an awesome B75!!! Was it the B75 that had the Cummins or Cat or something or was it the B73? Which one of those had the Mack motor?
  8. I only watched it once Bob when this thread was first posted.
  9. I think I commented on that video and said I liked the C model.
  10. Well, sometimes. Mostly DM's would have had three rear axles. All the DM's ive seen in person had tandem rears. Ive onlt see triple rears in a DM in books. I dont know if they made U's with three axles, because ive only seen one, and it didnt look original at all. DM's also had a thicker heavier built frame than the U models.
  11. DMs were heavier spec trucks. Construction off highway mostly. U models were mostly on road highway trucks some dumps though.
  12. Nice looking Mack!!! Get some pictures of it when its all lettered up.

  14. When I looked at that picture, I though it was kinda small for a B60. I see the hood says B30 so I think its a B30.
  15. Nice A model, I think that guy loves Internationals.
  16. Ha ha, its cool. Doug emailed me and saidm "what did you tell Mr. Rice about my H model?" He was joking though. He said you called him one night.
  17. You have a great list too Greendash.
  18. Ha ha, I saw you commented on that video on YouTube Ben.
  19. Submarines are cool to Mark.
