    Wow, did he have any U models? I got my U model from Doug Fetterly. I go up and see him alot in the summer with my Papa. Doug helps us out alot on the Mack too.

    Thanks Tim, and Mark(lucerne) the old cab is shot, youll see in one of my other videos im posting next week. That is a new cab, and B20, we are tagging all the wires and air lines. We have already started tagging wires. I do good in school, I have like a 93 average in school, if I dont do well in school, I have no Mack.

    Ya, I guess she is a survivor. I always wonder where all the other U models that were ordered right with mine went.

    Yep, that salt really gets em'. Thats nice they never used it in winter. Thats pretty much why the cab is shot on my U, they used it in winter.

    Here is the hood after we were all set and done. Prolly no more progress I will see, tomarrow I have to go back home and then go back to school. Blah!!

    Well today me and papa took the hood off my Mack. He put the forks on his tractor under the hood while it was flipped up, unhooked it and pulled away. Easier said then done though. After, we started it up again it didnt start right up, so we realized since I did a big ol' cold start on it about half an hour ago, I drained the batteries a little bit, so we let her run for a few minutes or so.     I found this on google images. He says its a 75' U model. It resembles what my U model looked like, so since its a 75' like mine, it could be a close serial number to mine!!! It says Laureldale on the tanker and the truck, and if you zoom in on the licence plate, I think it looks like a Pennsylvania plate. Does anybody go by here or know where it is so I can get the serial number off it? Thanks, Vinny.

    Ya, some carried into R's and U's and other models. For example my U model is a U685ST. ST means tandem tractor, and mine was a tandem tractor.

    On the local news a lady died because she veered into on coming traffic, and the reporters specifically said she was hit head on by a Mack truck. She died, the guy in the Mack didn't.
