U model motor and tranny color

Well actually my motor is a reman and was put in in 86. But if it's a reman wouldn't it just be the block and you would have to use everything else off the original one? -
Hay guys there was a topic posted about this but since it was on a b model I didn't think it would be the same as a u model. I wanted to know what color my motor and tranny would be from the factory. I thought I saw some gold paint on the tranny and grey paint on the motor. Thanks, Vinny

It's crap here! One day it snows and the next day it rains! I want to go on the vintage ride with my old sled but I don't know if we will have any snow! I hope it dont rain all summer because I want to work on my dang U model!!!!!!!!
